"Mr. Hummel do you see the person in the court room who Raped you?" The prosecutor asked "yes, right over there Jesse St. James," Kurt said shaking. Though he had been in therapy for the past 2 years. The memory still haunted his every thought.
"And can you tell the court the out come of Mr. St. James' attack on you?" The prosecutor asked "yes, I became pregnant, at 14. And had twin daughters." Kurt replied. He looked into the gally and saw his best friend Blaine there who and come for emotional support and to hold Cass and Evie while Kurt was testifying. Blaine gave him a smile.
"And are those girls in the court today?" The prosecutor asked "abjection your honour, the question is erelevent," the defense attorney stated "overruled Mr. Perry, you may proceed Mr. Burger," the Judge said.
"No further questions your honour," Mr. Burger said. Kurt took a deep breath. He looked and saw Blaine giving him another smile. And Evie waved at him. But yet Kurt didn't know if he could continue on testifying. It was Ohio and even if the jury believed him. What was the chance of them convicting Jesse Bernard St. James for his rape... Probably 0 to nothing.
"No questions your honour," Mr. Perry said. Kurt sighed a sigh of relief "you may step down Mr. Hummel," the Judge said. Kurt nodded and went back into the gally.
"You did great K," Blaine whispered giving his friend a side hug "thanks B, and thanks for being a great uncle to Cass and Evie," Kurt whispered back.
It was hard listening to his other friends Testify, Rachel, Mercedes, Tina, Kitty, Marley, all had been subjected to nightmares at the hands of the evil meerkat named Jesse St. James, he didn't even deserve a name. Especially not the St. Part.
