Betrayed

Chapter 2

Willows POV

          I'm not 100% sure of who this guy is but If I can figure out a way to help them and they can help me then maybe we'll both be happy. "I'm Willow by the way" I say smiling while I sit next to him. "Hunter." he says turning to me. "Wait are you friends with that human girl and its friends?" "Oh uh yeah kind of I'm not to close with them anymore...but that doesn't matter what's up with you?" "Family stuff well he's not really my dad but still." I look at him knowing that were both hurting with people who were close to. "Hey I'm here for you." I say smiling at him. "Willow was it?" he said I nod "Would you like to join me? I know you don't have anyone really close anymore and uh I don't really have friends so maybe we could help each other." I smile "Of course." I say looking back to the town below us.

          Hunter stood up and grabbed his staff that had a bird palisman. "Hop on" he said getting ready to leave. "Uh one second I need to get something." I said hopping back into my room. I grab a bit of paper and a pen and write a note to Luz, Gus and Amity.

Dear Luz, Gus and Amity,

I'm leaving to join someone I met today I know you guys wont care much since you never really do anymore so I wish you all the best. Don't try to find me or contact me please.

          I folded the note and grabbed some food and threw it in my bag and headed back to the roof. "Ready?" He asks as I turn to look at the boiling isles one last time. "Yeah I think I am" I say getting on the staff. As we start to fly away I saw Luz and Amity laughing. I start to feel bad but it's not like they want me there. When I look back at them I see Luz is looking right at me. I saw her face drop as Amity looks as well. I look away trying not to think about this and just focus on where Hunter is taking us.
