Black*star was on his way to school with Tsubaki like usual. "Hey Tsubaki can we stop here quickly? i wanna grab something.." Black*star said, grabbing money from his pocket. "Of course!" Tsubaki smiled and waited for black*star out side of the store.

"Hm, chocolates! Perfect, everyone loves chocolates!" He said to himself, placing it on the counter with a back of mints, giving the cashier the money, grabbing his stuff, and running out.

"Mann my suit pants feel hard to run it do i have to?" Black*star complained, "Yes, the dance is a mandatory thing, if you aren't there it counts as an absence, what did you buy anyways?" Tsubaki asked, tilting her head while looking at her younger friend. "Well, just some chocolates, if i'm going to a dance might as well shoot my shot right?" he asked. "Oooh, who are you asking out?" the black haired girl said, fixing her friends hair. "You'll see!" *he'd turn on the sidewalks, walking up to the mansion in front of him, putting in the gate code, walking in, and knocking on the door, he'd wait for 5 minutes until the door opened. "Black*star? shouldn't you be heading to the dance?" his hazel eyed friend said, looking down at the boy on a lower step. "I'm here to walk with you! Duh!" The green eyed boy said happily. "Well you came all this say so i can't decline, sure." the blue haired boy would jump and yell in excitement , taking kid's hand and running off with him, knowing Tsubaki would wait for Patty and Liz and walk with them."So kid, planning on asking out any hot chicks? or dudes? i don't care which to be honest with you" Black*star said, elbowing his black and white haired friend. "Actually," he would take a box of chocolates from a bag he had." I am, are you?" "yep, glad we have the same idea! Tell me if it goes well on your end, i'm sure you can tell if it went good on my end!" "Well, we're here." Kid would open the door and let black*star in, following after him.

Black*star would grab a cup of juice and start talking to a group of girls immediately. Kid made his way to soul and Maka. "So you guys came with each other?" Kid said to them, trying to start a conversation. "And Crona, we all came as dates, why are you asking? Need advice?" Soul said, taking a sip of punch and looking at death the kid, a friend he didn't expect making. "Well, actually.. kind of? i don't know how to ask anyone out as its never been something i've had to do, I've never been this close to someone to develop feelings, i searched up what these feelings were and all the results were about being in love, i'm pretty sure i love this person but i have no idea how to express it or tell them so i just act like the feelings don't exist, you know?" "..i asked if you wanted help, not what was going o-" Maka would his soul. "Of course we will help you! Who's the lucky person?" Maka gave him a caring, sweet smile, "Ah, you know him already." "Him..? OHH! YOU LIK-" kid would slam his hand against Maka's mouth as black*star looked over to see kid hushing Maka in embarrassment, he would then turn back and continue talking in confusion. "Maka shut up!" kid would whisper yell. "Huh? i don't get it?" soul would scratch the back of his head then make a face of realization, "Ohh." "Yeah, i just need help.. please?" "Sure? i have no idea how i did it, i just asked" soul said, sighing after. "Real helpful." "What are you guys talking about?" Liz and Tsubaki would walk over, patty running around somewhere else, "Kid's crush on black*star!" Maka would whisper to them. "Stop telling everyone!" Kid whisper yelled back

Black*star was just talking when something cold covered him, he'd look down with a gasp to see punch covering himself, he'd turn to see the girl's dates right behind him. "Hey punk! stay away from our girls!" one of them said while shoving black*star, "Jeez no need to be so rude, i'm definitely surpassing scum like you soon, by the way, i'm not interested in any of your 'Girls' okay?" he would shove them and walk outside, sitting on the side of the building holding the chocolates he bought, popping a mint in his mouth."too late to ask him now" He would wipe fruit punch off of his face and look at the sky, "they're doing fireworks soon, might just skip watching them this yeah, that dude was a dick, wasting a whole bowl of fruit punch to cover me? who does he think he is?!"

Kid would look around after getting advise. "Where is he.." he'd stop at some dudes talking with a group of girls, "Hey, have you seen a boy? suit, blue hair, green eyes, talkative? Says he can beat anyone, kind of annoying but a good annoying?" "What? The dude who tried to hook up with our girls?! i pourd punch all over that kid! is that dick bag your friend little pale kid?! Trying to take them too?!" Kid would look up, "You know what." His voice would sound angry, "My... Boyfriend isn't interested in any of your stupid 'girls' and neither am i, now if you don't mind, I, son of lord death, would like to know where he went before you are out of this place for good, and i expect a 3 page apology letter in his locker by the end of this week." "death's.. son..?! Shit i am so sorry dude! he went outside! please don't tell my mother dude!" "thanks you." Kid would kick the dude in the crotch as he walked outside with the laughing from the girls coming from behind him, the boyfriend lie is something he would have to sort out with black*star.

Kid would turn the corner and sit next to his blue haired, sticky and soaked friend. "are you okay?" Kid would take out a cloth and start wiping punch from black*stars face with the help of a water bottle from his bag. "yeah i'm fine! its me! black*star!" "Yeah.. well how did asking them out go?" "i haven't asked them out yet, you?" "nope, speaking of that i have a question to ask you." "I'm all ears kid!" "Okay.. look black*star." He'd place the chocolate on black*stars lap, "The person i wanted to ask out was you, and if you don't like me that is completely understandable as i am asymmet-" he would be pulled into a hug "i was waiting to ask you, i feel the same!" Kid would let out a sigh, not a sad or angry one, i happy one, he hugged black*star back. "i also talked to the dude who poured punch on you, expect a 3 page apology" "aww you didn't have to" Kid would smile "so? of course i'm going to stick up for you."
