Being a teenager, away from your family has been the biggest difficulty that Niki has ever encountered. He left his home country to be someone deserving of praise and his parents can be proud of.

Well, since Niki was three years old, he has been so in love with dancing. He watched Michael Jackson's performances for three hours a day as he danced his little body in front of the TV, copying what his idol was doing. His mother doesn't care much because she knew that Niki got it from his father. Father Nishimura also runs a dance company in Japan which is called Lead Entertainment, so Niki, together with his sisters Konon and Sola, always take their free time there to practice their skills in dancing.

Then as Niki grew up, his love towards dancing only grew bigger and bigger than he could ever imagine. He also tried different types of dances, not only those that Michael Jackson performed. And when he dances, he seems so passionate about it that no one could ever bother him to do so.

Just by watching him, you'll know how hardworking person he is.

But although he was one of the best dancers in his father's dance studio, he was still not satisfied with everything that he did. Even how much he tried, even how much effort he gave, he thought that it was still not enough that he believed there are so many things he's still lacking.

He even received so many praises from his co-student dancers and congratulatory messages from his friend when he won a competition, but he never believed those. All he could think of was to improve, improve, improve and improve.

Not so long ago, when he reached the age of thirteen, one of his dance teachers in Japan gave him an invitation to study dancing in South Korea. It was one of the biggest and most famous dance studios, alongside 1Million dance studios and many more. Of course, he really does want to improve his dance too so taking the chance would be very great for him and his future.

Then when he was completely decided of going to Korea with his dance teacher, he first consulted his family for what they would say. Of course, it was a really hard decision for Niki's family because he was only thirteen, yet the said dance teacher was his father's best friend so they gave all of their trust and just thought about the future and desire of Niki to be a professional dancer, or maybe more of that.

While Niki was in Korea, his dance teacher was his guardian and he didn't even miss a chance to talk with his parents and family every single night. It's hard to be away from them in a completely different country yet all he could think of was his desire to learn and go big.

Although the language was hard to learn, Niki never let himself be overwhelmed with the complete differences with Koreans around him, hence, his dance teacher bought him a booklet for him to learn the language faster and he always read that whenever he had free time or when he was on the bed, before sleeping.

He's a fast learner too so communicating with his other student-dancers has been easier for him, thanks to the said booklet, and he also became friends with them really fast, making his dance teacher really proud and happy.

Then one day, when he was fifteen, his dance teacher approached him once again for a new opportunity that he might take, and this time, he will definitely be a big hit!

His dance teacher believed so much to him that he also urged him and persuaded him to audition in BigHit Entertainment which he immediately agreed to when his parents told him. Well, it was not just a simple application because this is an audition for their upcoming show, called I-LAND, wherein it will be broadcasted, not only in Korea, but in the whole wide world.
