Chapter 9 { Hearing }

Mr. Weasleys POV :    ( I know you guys weren't expecting him )

I waited outside for  Harry,Ron,Percy. We were going to the ministry for skeeter's hearing. Harry and Ron were late and make a mental note to have an appointment with those two later. How can they be so late such important ministry gathering.

Ron and Harry hurried through the stairs panting , "Sorry Sorry we are late" I sighed and we four walked outside and apparated to the ministry.

Reaching the ministry we went in the Hearing room we saw skeeter glaring at us.

Harry's POV : 

Skeeter was glaring at us,  I felt satisfied. I saw a face of pink toad-oops I mean umbridge. She was also smiling at us in a her usual girly way.

Everyone took a seat and I saw kingsley smiling at me from minister's seat.

"Welcome everyone present here, this has been conducted because young mr.harry james potter reported ms.skeeter's unusual behaviour . How she sneaks up to everyone's private life in form of  a cockroach , Nothing much will be done today , usage of anemagious detecting spell along  with voting for punishment."

A wizard came out and took his wand out raised it in skeeter's direction and muttered something I couldn't make out. With a flash of scarlet light a cockroach appeared to be sitting where she was sitting

"Hence it is proved that ms.reeta skeeter is an unregistered anemagious . Those in favour of punishment may raise hand."

Everyone exept that pink toad.

"Therefore I anounce 4 months of azkaban for rita skeeter , auror department kindly lead ms.skeeter to the-."

"hem hem"

I saw that pink toad interrupting again, like she did in dumbledoor's speech.  

"Minister I don't think sending azkaban will be a right choice , she was just doing her job, it is her duty to inform the public everything, I don't think doing work with loyality is a crime.""

Few people nodded , but kingsley said rather fiercly " Ms.umbridge doing job is not a crime , but doing ur job in bad way is crime, she is an unregistered anemigious ."

" Minister one person can only be sent to azkaban if they perform restricted magic like that potter did."

"Anemigious is also restricted magic."

" If that is the case, she will have to inform a ministry official which she did ."

"May I ask who she told about this?"

"She informed me about it , I knew it all along"

That pink toad and kingsley continued to argue. 

Ron was hitting my shoulder , I looked at him . "What " I whispered. 

"Did you hear what she said , usage of unrestricted magic leads to azkaban." 

"So what"

"She used blood quill on you, that is restricted in magical schools."

"Ron you are brilliant, should we inform kingsley about this?"

"Of course."

Umbitch and kingsley were still arguing . Me and ron called kingsley away fro a moment,explained him everything. Kingsley nodded.

"Is it true you used blood quills on students while you were made headmistress?"

Umbridge was silent.

"Ryan I want you to fetch 3 viles of vertiserum for mr.potter,mr.weasley and ms.umbridge"...............

Chapter 9 also done..

Ron is underated charecter , I just tried to tell you all that he is not a dumb.  Many times where hermione also failed ron's logic was used.

In next chapter Umbitch- I mean umbridge will get a kiss from demontors.

What will happen to skeeter? well you have to wait

As for antognists everyone choses death eaters or dean,cho.

I want different villans in my fanfics. Everyone choses male as villan but I wanted some differnce
