"Anong ginagawa mo rito?" Kabadong tanong ko.

Tinignan niya lang ako ng masama at lumipat ng tingin. Hindi pa rin ako mapakali na nasa tabi niya ako. Umalis ako sa Pilipinas para makalayo sakanya pero wala rin.

Ilang oras ako hindi na makatulog at kinakabahan na nakatingin sa bintana. Hindi na ako makalagaw at gusto ko na tumalon sa  bintana para makaalis sa katabi ko.

"Are you cold?" He asked.

Nanigas ako lalo nang magsalita siya. Bakit ba siya andito? Para saan? Ano naman gagawin niya sa US?

"Hindi" I stuttered. "Bakit ka andito?" I asked.

"Vacation."

"Doctor may bakasyon?" Maattitude kong sabi.

"I needed to."

"Ano?!" Kumunot ang noo ko.

"To follow you."

Hindi ko na nakayanan ang antok at pag gising ko umaga na. Gaano katagal ba ako natulog? Nakikita ko na mula sa baba ang United States. Ampucha! Nag-US pa ako kung kasama ko rin si Kaisel, edi sana hindi nalang ako tumuloy.

"Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to San Francisco International Airport. Local time is, 10:31am and the temperature is at 24 degrees. For your safety and comfort, please remain seated with your seat belt fastened until the Captain turns off the Fasten Seat Belt sign. This will indicate that we have parked at the gate and that it is safe for you to move about. At this time, you may use your cellular phones if you wish. Cellular phones may only be used once the Fasten Seat Belt sign has been turned off." Sabi ng Cabin Crew.

Gising si Kai pero hindi siya nakatingin saakin. Pinagkrus niya ang braso niya pero kitang kita ko ang mga mauugat niyang kamay. Namula ang mga pisngi ko, kaya tumingin ako sa bintana.

"Please check around your seat for any personal belongings you may have brought on board with you and please use caution when opening the overhead bins, as heavy articles may have shifted around during the flight." Pag-announce ng Cabin Crew. "If you require deplaning assistance, please remain in your seat until all other passengers have deplaned. One of our crew members will then be pleased to assist you." Tumigil ulit sa pag announce ang Crew pero bumalik rin agad ito. "On behalf of Cebu Pacific Airlines and the entire crew, I'd like to thank you for joining us on this trip and we are looking forward to seeing you on board again in the near future. Have a nice day stay!" 

Nang maglanding na kami, inuna na ang mga senior at kami ang nahuli. Hindi ko alam gagawin ko, but I have to search for a hotel muna. Nakita ko ang isang napaka gandang hotel kaya pumasok na agad ako rito.

"Hi maam! Welcome to Handlery Union Square Hotel, how may I help you?" The staff asked me.

"I'd like to book room please." I smiled.

"I'm sorry maam, but all the hotel rooms are occupied. Would you like to book in another day?" She sadly said.

"No, she's with me, that's why I booked a larger room." Sabi ng lalaki sa tabi ko.

Muntik na tumalsik ang laway ko sa mukha ng babae sa harapan ko. Ano daw?! Share kami ng room? No way!

"Ano?!" Inis na sabi ko sakanya.

"Then don't" Tinalikuran nya na ako.

"Wait!" I sighed, and stopped. "How many beds?" I asked.

"Two." He said.

I felt relieved! buti at dalawa! mamamatay siguro ako kung magkatabi kami. Sinundan ko na siya sa elevator at dala dala ko na ang gamit ko. Nang makarating ako sa room, nilapag ko na ang gamit ko.
