F/N POV:
I flew throughout the portal, seeing what seemed to be multiple earths stacked against each other, much to my shock and awe, until I fell down into a garbage box!F/N: Ah! Ow! This is gross.
I got out, falling to the ground.
F/N: Ow.
I got up on my feet, looking at my surroundings, I walked out of the alleyway to see that I'm in a city, and it was night.
F/N: Where am I?
I wandered around the city, seeing a building called "Wayne Enterprises", making me confused, until I suddenly heard a man screaming for help, I ran towards the direction his voice was coming from. But when I got there, the sound of wooshing was heard, I looked up to see a man in an all black bodysuit with a cape, a golden bat symbol on his chest, a golden utility belt wrapped around his waist, and a bat mask that fully obstructed his face.
He dive-tacked one of the man's attackers, before proceeding to attack the other two, roundhouse kicking one, and uppercutting the last one. I watched this with amazement, as he grabbed out what appeared to be a grappling hook, zipping into the sky once he made sure that the civilian was okay.
F/N: Okay, what just happened?
A newspaper flew by me, I looked to see it said "Who is The Batman?"
F/N: Batman? Are there more like him? Hold on, I need to find a place I can process this at.
I walked into central park, where I would be able to unwrap my head with what's going on.
F/N: Okay, so I was about to die, then a portal suddenly opened out of nowhere, sucked me in, then seemingly, transported to what appears to be a world that has.........Superheroes? Is that what's going on? (Eyes widen) Wait......Wait, wait, wait. Hold on a bloody second, interdimensional portals, what appears to be multiple earths, and costumed heroes and obviously villains......I'm in another universe! Which means that The Multiverse does exist! Okay, calm down, maybe I can figure out what caused me to be transported here, and find a way......................Back.
Memories played in my head like a violin, the recent events reminding me what awaits me when I return: Team RWBY, more lies, who else who may have been lying to me as well, and nothing more than a burden to everyone.
F/N: You know what, screw Remnant! I don't want to come back with the fact that the last thing they need is a fucking burden! Might as well stay here! Wherever and whatever this universe is!
For the next few days, I've been looking through newspaper articles, the internet, and any other source of information I could get my hands on, apparently, the year is "2021", and that there were cities like Gotham (Which is the one I'm at), Metropolis, Coast City, Central City, Star City, as well as other superheroes such as "Superman", "Wonder Woman", "The Flash", "Green Lantern", "Green Arrow", and many others. It feels like a dream, really, because I have a crazy idea: I plan on becoming one of them! I'm not even kidding, but of course, they can't know who I am, otherwise, there'd be consequences if the existence of alternate universes are discovered. So the question is what hero do I want to be? However, the question was already answered: My Semblance. I basically have the powers of a spider, and because of that, I can basically do whatever a spider can, including heal from anything really quick, which is why you guys don't see me bleeding anymore since I arrived here. So, with that out of the way, I now have a new future set out for me, as The Striking Spider-Man! Now, all I need is a suit...................
--------------------------------------------------------------Spider-Man POV:
I stared down through the roof skylight, watching and listening to my target very closely, this was my eighth and final time spying on Singh Manh Li, the leader of North Rhelasia. I've been in this new universe for two months now and unfortunately, I have yet to make my heroic début. After donning the mask for the first time, I ran into my first roadblock: I have nothing to fund my need for supplies, since asking someone for a loan is out of the question, and I absolutely despise the idea of stealing, especially as Spider-Man, I went to look for work. I sent out coded messages offering my services as a spy, even though the idea of it chaffed me a little, it was the best option I had left. I like to hide in the shadows and as a spy, my identity would naturally be a well-kept secret. Most importantly, I was paid a high amount with every completed mission, a price I could negotiate as I performed better and better. At first, I'd had to turn down quite a few jobs as most had been requests from criminals, but I lucked out when I was contacted by Singh Manh Li. I then folded up my normal clothes, and put on my Spider-Man suit, and you guys have to agree, it's awesome!
