"Your dad is going to 𝑘𝑖𝑙𝑙 us!" The raven-haired girl whisper-shouted to her blonde friend as they crept through the cabin of the 𝑀𝑦 𝐷𝑟𝑢𝑡ℎ𝑒𝑟𝑠.

"Oh relax, Ali. Ward isn't coming back for two days- him and Rose are off in the Bahamas doing God knows what." Sarah scoffed as the two girls harbored their stolen bottle of liquor and made their way to the deck of the yacht- the moonlight reflecting off of the waters surface below them.

"I swear- if he finds out we stole this, not to mention snuck onto this boat- it's your ass on the line, I can't lose my job." Alisa said, only halfway jokingly.

"See what I still don't understand is why you work for us. Your family is 𝑙𝑜𝑎𝑑𝑒𝑑. You don't even have to work. Much less the grueling work on this boat." Sarah scoffed.

"They aren't my family." Alisa said stiffly. "Besides, anything that gets me out of the house is enough for me, whether it's working on this damned vessel or not. Hell, I'd go work a corner if it meant I was away from the Sheridans." She rolled her eyes.

"You'd make hella money, bitch." Sarah said with a giggle as she spread a towel out on the surface of the boat, sitting down and popping the lid off of the bottle of vodka they'd smuggled. "Hell you have half the figure eight drooling over you anyway." She added.

"Oh stop. You know that isn't true. Even your brother tells me I'm repulsive." Alisa said as she took a seat next to the blonde, snatching the bottle from her fingers and taking a swig, immediately scrunching her nose in distaste as the liquid ripped a burning path down her throat.

"That's just Rafe. He's just an asshole. I wouldn't doubt for two seconds that he's just dying to get in your pants- or any girls really. Especially when he's high- do you know how many times I've had to put headphones in while he brings some..."

"Ew, gross, please stop before I puke." Alisa cut her off as she passed the bottle to the younger Cameron girl. "The thought of being that close to him is just... disgusting." She shuddered jokingly.

"Is it now, Sheridan?" A voice piped up from the dock beside them- causing the two girls to nearly jump right out of their skin. Her eyes landed on the eldest Cameron sibling, leaning against one of the dock posts, a sly smirk on his lips- per usual.

"Rafe what the fuck?" Sarah groaned, just as her brother boarded the yacht and approached them, his tall figure looming over them as they sat. He said nothing- and instead, snatched the bottle from Sarah.

"I'll be confiscating this- for research purposes." He said, rolling his tongue over his teeth and checking the label of the bottle.

"Absolutely not." Alisa stood up, reaching for the bottle and he chuckled, holding it above his head and out of her reach. She continued to reach for it- her body mere inches from his as she struggled to reach the height of the bottle.

"What's the problem, Sheridan? I thought the thought of being this close to me was... what did you say? 𝐷𝑖𝑠𝑔𝑢𝑠𝑡𝑖𝑛𝑔." He quipped.

"Oh fuck you, Rafe." She rolled her eyes and stopped reaching for the bottle, glancing over at Sarah as an idea came to her. Sarah shrugged, as if already knowing her plan.

"You wi..." Rafe began before Alisa planted both of her palms firmly against his chest and shoved, the older boy flailing backwards and tripping over the rail of the boat- and tipping over into the water below.

The two girls let out a howl of laughter as he resurface, the bottle still in his hands.

"You're fucking dead, Sheridan!" He hollered from below and the two girls quickly stood and leapt from the boat, bounding towards the house, whilst a very angry- and wet, Rafe Cameron pulled himself from the salty water.

Realizing there was no point in chasing the pair- he shouted instead.

"I'll fucking kill you Alisa!!" They might have taken it as a joke, but he wasn't so sure it was.

Maybe one day he'd grow a pair and do it.

...

Meanwhile, the two girls had managed to lock themselves in the cellar of Tannyhill- this time without their bottle- that had been lost to the inlet when Alisa had pushed Rafe overboard. The two were still in a fit of uncontrollable laughter over the incident.

"I'll fuckin' kill you Alisa." The dark hair girl mocked his words- snorting with laughter. The blonde slightly stiffened but let out a dry laugh as her friend was wrecked with giggles.

"I don't know man, it was funny as hell but you gotta be careful with him sometimes- he can be a loose cannon, and lately he hasn't really been all that stable." She confessed.

"Oh please, he's all talk." Alisa waved her friend off and changed the subject. "We should go to the Boneyard, see what's going on out there tonight." She suggested and the blonde shook her head.

"It's all Pogues tonight. Topper would literally kill me." She spoke. "Besides, it's a girls night, let's just grab some drinks from the fridge and go put on a movie." She countered, and Alisa shrugged.

"Sure, but only if you promise me that we'll go to the next kegger." She said, wiggling her eyebrows.

"Fine yes, now let's go, I wanna watch Mamma Mia." The Cameron girl giggled as she picked herself up off the floor, grabbing Alisa's hand and pulling her throughout the house until they got to her massive living room.

Alisa said nothing as Sarah rummaged through the fridge- managing to find a few of Rose's wine coolers at the back of the fridge and handing one to her as they both made their way to the couch.

Alisa sat down, grabbing a blanket that rested on the top of the couch and wrapping it around her small frame, seeing as though the house was a chilling seventy-two degrees.

It didn't take long after the movie started that the Sheridan girl was fast asleep on the couch
