Ch 34 : "Do Pal Ki Thi Ye Dilon Ki Dastaan"

One morning karan was busy in doing some office work after got a phone from his office karan went to his  cupboard to search an important file..after he found the one he wanted he was about to close the door suddenly he saw a red color file and he got curious

Karan : Ye file i have never seen this one wo bhi priya ke side mein kahan se aaya

So he took the file and after opend it he got stunned..he saw that priya has transferred her cafe to karan officially..after seeing those papers karan felt pity and hurted 

Karan : Priya to tum meri di hui koyi cheez apne pass nehi rakhna chahati itna nafraat karti ho mujhse..actually i deserves mein kisike pyar ke layak hu hi nehi nehi hu mein

Tears formed in his eyes just then he heard someone knocked the door he quickly wiped his tears

Karan : Yes whos this ?

Priya : Can i come in

After heard her voice he put that file inside took a deep breath to become normal and then came to priya

Karan : Oh priya come in

Priya : Wo actually i need to talk about something

Karan : Yeah please tell

Priya : Aaj neha aur vikram aane wale hain ghar they wanted invite us for their anniversary party i just got inform i dont know how to explain it but

Karan : Why are you hesitating just tell me

Priya : Actually they dont know about us i mean the divorce and all i really dont wanted let them know now it will spoil their for sure isliye mein chahati hun ke aap bhi unhe humare bare mein kuch na bataye maine maa aur natasha se bhi baat ki hain

Karan : Yes i think you are right unhe ye sab batane ka koyi matlab nehi hain dont worry mein kuch nehi bataunga

Priya : thank you...

Then when she was about to leave karan said

Karan : Kab hain unki party

Priya : The day after tomorrow

Karan : That day us din humara 3months bhi complete ho jayega

Priya remembered that and a sense of fear she felt inside that she has to leave..

She looked at karan in his eyes for a moment and then left the room

On the day of nevik's wedding anniversary priya was getting ready for the party but she was so absent minded she couldnt sleep last night...though she wanted to surrender to karan but still dithering not so confident at all

Then karan knocked the door so she startled

Karan : Priya are you ready vikram call aaya tha mujhe they are waiting for us

Priya went to the door and said

Yeah i am ready lets go karan was looking at her wife may be for the last time..she was looking so divine  in a white chiffon saree the dark kajal complementing her pair of wide beautiful eyes..and her plump nude pink lips..priya was feeling so embarrassed that how he was gazing at her but this time she couldnt deny his look..suddenly something caught karan's atteintion

Priya was about to leave but he hold her hand

Karan : Priya wait i think something is missing

Priya : Missing what ?

Karan : You just wait here i will be back

Priya got confused about what karan was talking about within a minute karan came back to her

Karan : Sindoor

Priya knotted her eyebrows

Karan : You forgot pehen lo actually you told me to we should behave as a  normal couple so

Priya : Aap hi pehna dijiye..

After heard that karan became strange he didnt expected that from priya

Karan : Are you sure

Priya nodded her head to yes...

Karan became emotional priya saw that his eyes got teary but he was wanted to hide

Then he put the vermilion on the partition of her hair..

Tears perked in her eyes she got so emotional..and broken hearted

While karan was driving the car priya was only staring at him..she wanted ti confess how much she loves him yes she still does but karan was looking so apathetic and that making priya so curious and bothering her aswell..she just wanted to know whats going on his mind...she started remembering about their good memories

As soon as they reached karan stopped the car and looked at priya but she was looking so lost

Karan : Priya ?

But she didnt answered so karan put his hand on her shoulder

Karan : Priya hum pahuch gaye hain

And that brought priya back to her senses

She got down from the car and went inside wearing a fake smile on their faces at their house nevik got so excited to see them together priya and karan wished them happy anniversary

Neha : Hmm someone is looking so preety today haan priya

Priya : Shut up neha phir se matlab haan

Vikram : Karan i am so glad to see you on your feet and completely okay tune itni jaldi recovery kar li ye sab na sirf priya ke wajay se hua hain i am sure usne tera itna khayal rakha tabhi to ye possible hua

Karan : Haan wo lekin sab kahan naseeb hoti hain acchi cheezein zindagi bhar ke liye

Priya looked at karan in a starnge manner but karan avoided the look

Karan : Chal na kahin aur chal ke baat karte hain

Priya : Karan wait a minute you remember na you cant drink your medication is still going on

Karan : Yeah i know dont worry mein whisky haat bhi nehi lagaunga promise

Priya : Okay

Then vikram and karan started walking towards the balcony

On the way vikram said

Vikram : Are look at you kitna obedient  husband ban gaya hain tu i cant belive in my own eyes

Karan : Tu chup karega aisa kuch nehi hain but yes i just wanted become a better person thats it..wo kehte hain na insaan apni galtiyon se sikhte hain

Vikram : Haan sikhna bhi chahiye aur i should not be worry cause priya is in your life wo na tujhe sudhar ke chodegi for sure

Karan : Lekin uske liye use hona bhi toe chahiye na mere saath

Vikram : Matlab

Karan : Kuch nehi chaal na kuch baat karte hain

Vikram : Tere axident mein saar pe bhi chot aayi thi na

Karan : Haan kyun

Vikram : Dimag ghum gaya kya tera look how you are talking..its funny

Karan : Maar khana hain

Vikram : No way

Then they both smiled
