Gianna Wilson

I am sitting in this uncomfortable chair in the office of my school waiting for the principal to call me into his office to talk. I have been sitting here for 10 minutes already I am waiting for my parents- adopted parents- to get here. they are going to be pissed they hate when I get into trouble. they should be used to it I've been in trouble a lot this month, this one definitely tops the cake though.

"Gianna, principal Stevens will see you now," the office lady Ms. Echo said to me. she is an older lady probably fifty or so, she has thin blonde hair that looks like it's being drained of color from the grey hairs amongst the blonde. she has pretty blue eyes and thin lips that have wrinkles around them, her voice is soft and quiet, much like her appearance. she is short too probably 5'4 or so.

"okay wish me to luck Ms. E see you on the other side." I wink at her making her smile and shake her head. I laugh lightly and make my way into the principles office.

I walk in and see the old man sitting behind his desk he has all grey hair and wears a whole suit this man can't be younger than forty and wears these ugly glasses. his eyes are brown and his forehead wrinkles every time he looks at me. He has his hands linked together sitting on his desk as he holds an unimpressed look on his face.

"what's up, Stevens?" he hates that I call him that which is the reason I do it.

he sighs and shakes his head, "sit down Gianna we need to talk" he motions for me to sit in the chair I have been in way too many times to count. I walk over and take a seat making sure to prop my feet up on the desk, it annoys him which again is why I do it.

"skip the small talk, how long is my suspension, and how many days of detention?" I asked, I've been here too many times to not know how this is going to go.

"Gianna please get your feet off my desk, it's rude. Also, there will be no detention or suspension you-" he starts but was cut off by me.

"wait no punishment cool then I'm out." I get up and start for the door but pause when he says his next words.

"you're being expelled." silence fell over the room as I turn around to face the man who I've known for three going on four years. he looks tired and annoyed. I stood frozen for a few seconds then start laughing.

"you're kidding, you have got to be joking, that was good Stevens you had me for a second." I could barely breathe I was laughing to hide my emotions.

"I'm sorry, but I'm not joking you are being expelled, you have been in too much trouble and I warned you this will happen if it happens again. this was it your done, I already talked to your parents they have a new school you are attending, hopefully, this school will teach you some respect." he stood up when he saw Chris and Rosan, my adoptive parents outside the office waiting. I just stood there not knowing what to do.

we made eye contact and they looked pissed, to say the least, they handed me my stuff and this brochure of my new school. in big bubble letters, it read

EASTWOOD HIGH ALL-BOYS SCHOOL

with a picture of the school on the front. what the hell is this? and how the fuck did these people manage to get me into an all-boys school? it's an ALL-BOYS SCHOOL for fuck sake.

I shake my head and gather everything from my locker and bring it back to the office. I also send a text to Macy telling her what happened, Macy is my best friend and has been since I was first adopted by Chris and Rosan. She has been there for me through thick and thin and I wouldn't be anything without her. We met in kindergarten on the playground, I was playing basketball with some of the other kids when the ball rolled over to her she picked it up and shot the ball it landed in the net and everyone went wild, she has been my best friend ever since.
