Love at all the right places

It was an exciting day for all of us

Dee Dee woke up, it was the day of the appointment to find out the gender of their second baby. Tom couldn't make it so Dee Dee took Angie and Barry with her since they couldn't make it to Ethan's birthday, she brought Ethan to the kindergarten, and met Angie and Barry at the cafe around the corner, they would meet Alyssa and Emma later, for lunch after she took Ethan from the kindergarten.

11am at the doctors

"Mrs Hawkins please" oh it made her so happy to hear that every time, Mrs Hawkins, it's perfect..

"So, second child, actually a higher risk, but I'm pretty sure you are aware of that, there isn't anything wrong so don't worry, it's all good! I just wanna make a quick test to be completely sure." After the doctor made the test and told Dee Dee that everything is completely save and good, she began to look for the gender.

"So Mrs. Hawkins, what do you think, do you have a special feeling what gender it could be"

Dee Dee was not really sure, she had a feeling it could be a boy again, but she actually hoped for a little girl, even tho it doesn't really matter, what matters is that it's healthy.

"Uhm I actually don't really know, I have a feeling it's a boy, but.. it.. it could be a girl too.."

"Well, then you're wrong, it's not what you thought, it's a girl, congrats, I want to see you again in a few weeks. More tests than in the last pregnancy, obviously. I want to make sure you and the baby are 100% safe."

The three left the doctor's and went to the kindergarten to get Ethan, Alyssa and Emma must be waiting already.

As the 4 of them arrived they saw Alyssa and Emma, little Ethan run to his Godmothers and hugged and greeted them, he was always so happy to see them. Soon they all ordered a few drinks, for Dee Dee just apple juice, and some muffins for Emma, Alyssa and Co, Ethan wanted waffles, and Dee Dee ice cream with berries.

"So, we found out the gender today." Dee Dee was excited but she wouldn't tell anyone before Tom, he deserves to knows it first. "I'll promise I'll tel you all when I told Tom, I just.. he deserves to know it first, you know.. I mean he is the father obviously" all laughed a bit, soon everyone finished everything and they went home.

Tom wasn't there yet, so Dee Dee decided to give Ethan a pink cute baby hoodie to bring it to Tom when he comes in, where he would read: daddy's little girl.

an hour passed and Dee Dee cooked dinner, Tom came in the minute she just finished.

"Ethan daddy is home give him his present." She whisper yelled to Ethan.

"Darling, I'm home"

"Daaaaddddddddd"

"Oh hey buddy, mmh it smells good, did mommy cook, hey, what did you get there" he took the hoodie from Ethan and saw what was printed on it, he immediately took Ethan's hand and practically ran into the kitchen.

"SWEETHEART!"

Dee Dee immediately turned around and saw Tom's face, he was smiling and looked unbelievably happy!

"It's a girl." She said, now Ethan's face also lighted up.

"I'll get a sister!?" He asked extremely excited.

"You'll get a sister baby, you'll be a big brother"
