There's two types of members in the club, Readers and Writers. If you would like to be both, fill in both forms. As a writer, if you do not have a book yet, you can still join but then you'll have to add a book as soon as possible.

Name you go by:
Genres: ( choose which genre's books you'll be reading but you can only choose up to three genres )
Will You Be Reading Mature Content: ( if you will, please be specific of which mature content you would read )
Do You Understand The Rules:
Tags: ( you'll have to tag at least three people or more )
Password: ( found in the intro chapter )

Username:
Name you go by:
Book Title:
Genre:
SubGenres:
No. Of Chapters: ( must have four or more chapters, prologues are accepted only if they have 700+ word count )
Does It Have Mature Content: ( if it does, please specify what kind of mature content it has )
Do You Understand The Rules:
Tags: ( tag at least three people or more )
Password: ( found in intro chapter )
