She sat alone in bedroom situated on her hardwood floors knees to her chest as her breaths become shorter and shorter as realization hit her square in the face.
He's Dead
Her hands pulled on her hair as her guilt washed over her.
'If you didn't tell him he wouldn't of left you.'
"I know. God I'm an idiot to think we could stay together."
She stood up and slowly walked to the master bathroom. The room still hot from her recent shower. She sat on the rim of the tub as her hand reached for the nozzle to turn on the water. As the warm water rushed into the tub slowly filling up she started to undress.
First her shirt
'you did this'Her shorts were next
'you deserve this'She slid down underwear
'Your the reasons he's gone'And finally her bra
'Do it'She entered the tub letting her body relax for the moment. Her mind raced. Before she knew what was happening she extended her hand to reach for the razor at the corner of the tub. Looking down at blade.
'Do it, Do it, Do it, Do it, Do it NOW!'
She felt the blade piercing her skin. Her red blood seeping out of new wound. Despite her common sense telling her to stop her mind couldn't stop thinking of him. His smile. His laugh. His everything. He was perfect in his eyes and so was she. But without him she realized how much she deeply hated herself. Her annoying laugh, her stupid grin, her... EVERYTHING.
Why did he leave her? Why now? She knew from the beginning she didn't deserve him but she kept her confident smile plastered on her face but it was fake. Her whole personality was fake. She did everything for him and he kept giving back but it was never enough in her eyes nothing ever was.
She slowly sank into the water feeling her consciousness slipping from her wet and bloody hand. He was her everything. Without him she's nothing. She realized that as the air left her lungs and water soon replaced it. She couldn't feel anything. She was numb. The warmth of the water quickly was replaced by the cold.
He was her final thought. Maybe if she didn't tell him about the postive pregnancy test he wouldn't of ran out. He would of continued the day like he always did with that beautiful smile plastered on his face. She could reach out and cup his face and press his lips into hers.
Her life flashed before her eyes. As the last moments of her life played her vision blurred and soon it was over.
Sorry if its a little short but anyways I hope enjoyed and yes I'm in the right mental place
I love anyone who reads this and just know that I care about you and nothing will change that.
