My Kloe

Lacey's pov:
Wow! Time flies fast. I've been counting down days to the dance. The day of I wore my dress and got my makeup all done as I walked over to kloes house. She didn't really seem to talk to me. They kept zooming out while talking to me but I genuinely didn't think anything of it. The night of the dance I was super excited. I did my make up as usual and wore my dress. Whilst wearing my dress I stared at myself while thinking about how lucky I was. Kloe was one of the best people I've ever met. Why would she date me?

After getting all dressed up and glamed I walked over to kloe's house as kloe let me in. I already noticed how Aubery and Justin were taking pictures and it seemed...well, cute. So I suggested the idea of taking a picture with her. "Hey kloe wanna take a picture? I wanted to post on Instagram anyway!"I asked with a grin. Kloe turned to me and took a deep breath and said, no? Well! It's okay right? Maybe she just didn't feel like it.

We all headed over to the venue and it looked amazing! I've never seen anything like it. I've only ever seen dumb things at my old school in a gym with led lights. They played so many of my favorite songs and it was nothing like I ever seen! When I was looking around kloe yanked my arm and we walked towards Aubery. Kloe had whispered to me if I could get her a drink and of course I said yes! It was just like the movies. When I headed to the table with the foods I saw kloe's twin brother Justin! His friends just walked by him so I decided to talk to him. "so you came here with Aubery right?" I asked him. He smiled and said yes. We started talking about how amazing the dance was as we went separate ways to give our 'dates' the drinks. But...we couldn't find them. They weren't in the bathroom, nor the halls so...where were they?

In panic Justin and I started going around and asking people if they saw where they went and after asking 30 people finally Kyla told us she saw both of them outside. Seemed pretty out putting at the time considering the fact that kloe didn't really seem to like Aubery in a way? Justin and I both went outside and saw them sitting at the stairs as we started hearing their conversation. Then I heard the worst thing a s/o could ever hear. "I liked you ever since I helped you trip!" Kloe yelled. Justin and I both dropped our cups. Everything turned into slow motion. The fruit punch was slowly running away and I couldn't believe it. This entire time when I was dating the love of my life, she liked another person. "Wait kloe you like Aubery?" Justin asked. And as much betrayal I felt, Aubery was the one who ran away. And you know what happened to top it all off?

Kloe, my kloe chased after Aubery.
