Aubery was so confused. Since when did they keep secrets together? Aubery spat out her drink and yelled "WHAT". Kloe explained how lacey and her agreed to dating after being friends for a couple weeks. Aubery didn't know how to feel. She was happy for her but something told her that it wasn't right.

Kloe tried her hardest to make Aubery as jealous as possible and Surprisingly it worked! Aubery was jealous that she never got to spend time with kloe anymore. But she couldn't do anything about it! They were always together. When Lacey went somewhere so did kloe.

Aubery's Diary:
Hi again diary! Uh, I don't know how to say this. I hate to say it but I'm jealous, I hate this new lacey and Kloe act. I just want things to be normal. Maybe if I go back to crushing on Justin and making it my number 1 priority. So, I tried but I couldn't. I can't tell why. I just hope things get back to normal.

3rd person pov:
So as Aubery said, she tried to just pay attention to Justin. His flowy hair, pretty eyes were so distracting. But kloe was even more distracting. Trying to watch Justin pour a mixture in chemistry class couldn't be any harder with lacey and Kloe laughing together loudest as possible. Aubery couldn't help but notice that lacey kept whispering to kloe and giving her weird looks. Aubery felt...judged.

Aubery decided to just get them out of her head and constrained on Justin. She missed this. Staring at Justin and looking at how interested he was in pouring a liquid into another and watching the chemicals flow together, was fun. It reminded her out the good times. She kept staring at him untill he noticed that she was staring at him. He looked back at her and took his safety goggles. "Aubery! Come here let me show you something!" Aubery was confused but she went there anyway. "Want to be my chemistry partner? I know you chose to be by yourself but, my partner was will!" He asked. Will had recently moved schools and she gladly took this offer. "Of course!" She said joyfully. They both seemed happy.

After some time they starting mixing chemicals together. Some of them puffed up like a cloud and it was so mesmerizing. Aubery noticed kloe. She looked at her and turned away right when she was that Aubery noticed her.

After chemistry class Aubery went to put her books in her locker as Justin came up to her. "Hey Aubery! Um, thanks for being my partner again. I was wondering if you wanted to get lunch with me!?" The guy said. Aubery couldn't even deny it! She was in love. They both headed to the cafeteria together as she noticed people stare. Kloe looked so annoyed at her. She got her lunch and sat next to Justin as she zoned out. Wait, what the hell. She was with her crush of like 4 years! And they acted as if this was a everyday thing. Aubery had to put kloe and lacey aside and focus on her and Justin.

"So um, Justin do you want to go to the park after school?" Aubery asked boldly. Justin actually took this offer! Wow. Aubery couldn't comprehend it! She needed to understand but she couldn't. Why was her crush, the guy who forced her to do his homework like her? Well, did he even like her?

Well this was a great opportunity for Aubery to confess her feeling if he was being kind to him. She was plotting how to but then she got interrupted by Justin. "So um, Aubery I was wondering if you wanted to come to the skatepark!" Obviously Aubery had to say yes! But last time she went she was forced to do homework. But she agreed, what else did she have to lose?

"Yeah of course! Who else is comming?" She asked the boy. "It's just us!" He said. Aubery was shocked, just him and her?

Was it a date?

After school the both of them walked there together while talking about their lives. Aubery was so confident, now or never she thought to herself. They finally arrived and they sat there. Justin started talking about something as the unexpected happened. "JUSTIN I HAD A CRUSH ON YOU FOR LIKE 4 YEARS AND I LOVE YOU" She yelled. "Wait wh-" Justin was cut off by people laughing.

It was his jerk friends.
