I then woke up from my dad scream bloody murder. I got up and walked downstairs to see what happened. When I got around the corner, I saw my dad on the ground, crying. He had blood in his hands. My heart started pound, I didn't know what to do.
"DAD WHAT DID YOU DO?" I screamed
"Go away Amy, get out of the god damn house." he screamed back
I just stood there and watched him for awhile
"I SAID GET OUT" he yelled and grabbed me by my hair and threw me outside
All I could think about was the pain on my head. I had no clue what to do, or where to go. I then found myself walking to the creek.
When I got to the creek I didn't hear anything, not even talking.
"Maybe he's not there" I thought to myself
When I got to the creek, I saw him. he was all alone, but I wander why he would be here early in the morning, I don't know why I even thought of that in the first place.
I then went to my spot behind the tree and just sat there. I then got out my phone and started texting my friend.
After I messaged her right away my phone beeped.
"OMG I forgot to turn my phone on silent" I thought to myself
"Hello is anyone there" I heard the guy say
I looked back at him, but still so he couldn't see me.
"Wow Amy I guess your father is right, you are a fuck up" I thought to myself again
The guy then got up and started walking my way. When he got to the tree he then saw me.
I didn't want me to say the words but I have a feeling he was.
"Who are you" he said
"Damn I knew he was gonna say that" I thought
I then stood up from the tree and looked him in his blue/green eyes.
"My name is Amy" I said stuttering a little
"How long have you been here" he said
"Well you'll find this funny but for a few days" I said really nervously "but aren't you gonna tell me your name"
"Well I have a feeling you already know....just kidding" he said laughing "My name is Joel but my friends all me Roomie so feel free to call me Roomie"
"Well okay Roomie" I said laughing
"Um do you want to hang out, I mean I have nothing to do, and I don't want to go home" he said looking at me
"Sure! I don't want to go home either" I said frowning
