Jungkook started caressing her cheeks planting a kiss on her forehead. Even his actions must have shocked him as he quickly moved away from her scratching his neck awkwardly an evident blush present on his cheeks. 

Y/n stood there frozen, still not being able to process what just happened. "As y-your punishment you'll be my maid" Before y/n could say anything he was already gone. "Why did I say that!?" he started mumbling to himself slapping his forehead for being an idiot. 

Back to y/n's family

Taehyung has been researching about this man "Jeon Jungkook" with the help of namjoon. (A/n: to remind you namjoon is in japan with y/n's family as he promised to find her)  But its been a fail for them as there's no information about this man. Their mafia business is so secretive that normal people can't find anything about them. As if they no longer existed but in reality they do exist. 

Frustrated taehyung threw all the papers on the floor pulling his hair for being a failure till now. "Calm down taehyung-ah there must be something we have missed" Namjoon said even though he is losing hope too.

"We have been looking for the past three weeks but there's nothing" he frowned all the dark circles underneath his eyes are the evidence of lack of sleep. "So you want to give up?" Namjoon asked sadly.

"NO, NO WAY" Taehyung slammed his hands on the table, "Maybe this is the wrong way" 

Namjoon and taehyung was not ready to give up. Their hope is the only thing that keeps them going and the courage to find y/n. "If I can't find jungkook then jungkook will find me" He said looking at the garden outside, two birds singing as they flew away together. 

Namjoon frowned not understanding what he meant, "What do you mean?" Taehyung turned to look at him with an evil smile, "I heard something about their illegal drug business from the officer, if I don't pay them back we can find them" 

"Have you lost your mind? They a-are mafias. It won't take them a second to kill you" Namjoon was shaking in fear hearing his plan. No way in hell he can let taehyung do this alone. "Let me hel-" he couldn't even complete his sentence before taehyung placed a hand in front of him, "No"

Namjoon held his hand, "They will kill you" pleading him, "There must be some other way, please calm down and think, okay?" He is scared to lose both of his friends.

 Although he was never close with taehyung and maybe he hated him for always hurting y/n. But after her kidnapping he can see the change in taehyung. He spends each and everyday looking for some information about her. Everyone is on the verge of giving up but maybe its because of taehyung they didn't. 

Sometimes he sees taehyung crying covering his mouth with his hands cause he doesn't want anyone to see him broken. What he did was wrong and his past mistakes can never be excused but everyone deserves a second chance when he is trying so hard to make everything right. He can never doubt taehyung's love for her. It might be forbidden, people might think he's crazy but love is love and it has no boundaries. His love for y/n is pure even if the worlds labels it as incest. 

Yeah he knows taehyung's feelings about y/n. Anyone can see it. Now he understands why taehyung always avoided her. 

"There is none" taehyung snatched his hand from namjoon's grip, "I'm sick of fighting, crying, blaming myself everyday. It doesn't matter anymore if I can find her" 

Namjoon didn't reply anything as he looked down at the floor trying to think. "I'm not scared of dying if I can save y/n then its worth it" taehyung smiled at him sadly. "You have already helped me so far, thank you"

Namjoon nodded his head in denial, "I'm scared" his voice broke trying his best not to shed a single tear. "We can do it joonie" taehyung held his shoulder to comfort him. Namjoon nodded as he decided to go with this plan, "Okay"

 Taehyung stared at the picture of y/n smiling happily. "I'll bring you home soon"

 Taehyung will never be able to forgive himself unless he asks for her forgiveness. He is willing to ask for forgiveness each and everyday until she forgives him, he is willing to change himself for her. Even if she push him away he is willing to show her. 

Its okay to be late than never. But he is scared to lose her because in the end he will lose himself. 

"We need to inform this to our family" Namjoon said as he started fidgeting with his fingers. Taehyung frowned, "Let's keep this a secret for now. The day I find her we'll leave this country"

End of their conversation

Now back to Jungkook's mansion

Y/n has been thinking about the words he said for a while, "Work as his maid!?" she scoffed as she couldn't believe his words. "Yesterday he was acting so friendly and today he wants me as his maid. That's why you can't trust men" "What!? Maid!? okay I'll be your maid. Let's see how long you can tolerate me" she said pointing her finger at the door.

Just then hoseok opened her door being shocked seeing her glare, "Woah woah, who are pointing fingers at and what's with this glare?" Y/n sheepishly smiled at him twisting her sleeves. "No n-no one!" 

"Do I look like an idiot to you?" He said as he took a seat beside her stopping her hands to twist the sleeves. "Yes" she replied as hoseok raised his eyebrows. "I mean n-no" she smiled playfully.

"Care to tell me now?" 

"Its just Jungkook" she said immediately getting irritated at his name, "What's with jungkook?" Hoseok replied suddenly interested to know more. 

"How do I know?" she scoffed. "He's acting weird"

"Yeah I know" Hoseok laughed. Y/n turned to look at him, "You know?" "You saw him, right. He's acting weird from yesterday"

"Why? what did he say!?" 

Y/n raised her eyebrows at him, "How do you know he said something?" Hoseok scratched his neck facepalming internally, "Ah by your body language it looks like he said something to make you so irritated!" He wiped his forehead thinking, "Great save" as y/n totally fell for that. 

"He asked me to be his maid now" She said shrugging her shoulders as Hoseok was shocked. 

"Say what now!"
