Chapter 4: In a Party with Klein and Meeting Asuna

"So, what is it that you guys want?" he asked with his arms folded in his chest.

I started sweating furiously. He caught us, he caught us!!! Wha-what do i say??!! I gritted my teeth.

"W-we were um..." I stuttered, trying to find a good reason... Suddenly, Gin deciced to speak.

"Um, We were thinking of making a team with you, ever since we saw you.....we were strucked by lightning because of your heavenly handsome face...! And i'm pretty sure your one thousand times strong too"

Ehh...??? But we only saw him kill a LEVEL ONE mob...! And his not that good looking... but what the heck is with the praise? He'll never buy it...! I slowly tiptoed to Gin's side and tugged on his sleeve.

"That won't work" i whispered in his ear.

He turned to me with a smirk on his face, he pointed his finger to Klein.

My eyes followed the direction he pointed, Klein's whole face was red. Really red, red as a firetruck.

"Ahahaha! Well...." Klein averted his eyes shyly as he scratched the back of his head. "That's too much praise ! ....I'm not really handsome and strong, you know....! " he lowered his head, trying to cover his blush.

My jaw drop. He bought it..! He fell for it..! He really bought it...! I glanced at Gin, the word "Success" was written all over his face. Gin's so....... evil......

"But y'know! Maybe i CAN make a team with you ! I have other friends too! So let's all be a team, I mean party up..!" Klein showed his big white smile.

"Oh, and my name's Klein! Nice to meet you!" he stretched out his hand.

I already knew that.... I took out my palm and shook it with his. "I'm Claire" 

"And I'm Gin!" Gin introduced himself with his thumb.

"Ah! Oh, wait a minute" Klein suddenly opened his menu, pressing some buttons here and there. When he saw the empty space (where the log out button was) his expression changed into a frown. After a few more buttons he finally said something....

"Accept!" He blurted out.

Accept...? I wondered.

A small box suddenly popped up before me. I read it and it says "Klein party request, Accept or Decline". I glanced at Gin he also had the box before him.

I held up my index finger ready to press the "Accept" button, but... I'm a little hesitant though. It's like things are going way too fast. I took a glimpse of Gin again, he didn't hesitate one bit and just pressed the button with a calm expression.

"Ah!" i exclaimed.

"Hm? What's the matter? Something stopped you?" Klein faced me.

I turned my head away. "Ah...Um... No, nothing.. ahahaha.." I made a false laugh. I pressed the accept button almost immediately and nodded to Klein.

"Great! So were in a party now!" Klein clapped his hands. 

I didn't really expect to be in a group so fast though... We just met....

"Then let's go! I'll introduced you to my friends, we all waited in line together for a long time to buy SAO and even though i don't know much about you guys, i'm sure that we'll get to know each other more in the future now that were a team!" Klein exclaimed in glee.

"Yeah! Let's all fight and die together as a team!" Gin said with a smile on his face, going with the flow.

I sighed. Fight and die together...? How can they easily accept this situation...
