I watched as Asra packed up his things yet again. He was always travelling or going somewhere.
He means no harm but Asra is always away. It starting to get lonely in our small shop.
Obviously, there are customers but they don't give much comfort. They're here for the tarot cards. Not me.
"Asra. Could I come with you?" it was worth a shot asking, I'd never thought about going with him before.
I don't want to be lonely again, Asra keeps me going when I feel rough. I need him.
"Y/N" He sighed, refusing to look me in the eye "I get away because of my feelings for you"
My heart started to beat faster, I had pushed away my crush on Asra because I believed he didn't view me in that way.
"Asra, I've had feelings for you for so long. I had to push them away and get on with life" I let my thoughts control my speech as my cheeks flushed red.
"You did?" He finally looked me in the eye, an apologetic look spread across his face.
"Of course I did! Asra you're an amazing person how could I not?" I walked over to him and wrapped my arms around his waist. I hadn't hugged someone for a long time.
Asra pulled me even closer allowing me to hear his heart beat. This was something we obviously both needed.
"I need you Asra" I muffled through his top as I clung on tighter to him.
"I need you too, come with me on my journey" This was something I needed to hear, something I had longed for. "Go and pack your stuff" Asra added letting me remove myself from the embrace.
"I can't wait for the trip" I called as I jogged up the stairs into our living space.
