Let's start at the beginning. Hi. My name is Dana Robinson. I am fourteen, which makes me the oldest of five children including me: me (14), Sammie (10), Beth (8), Molly (7), and Caleb (4). I live in a cottage in a small town near Nashville,Tennessee, though we were all born in New York.
When I get older, I plan to move back to New York to pursue my dream of becoming a doctor. Right now, I'm stuck at a bakery. Does baking bread every night and day until you puke sound fun to you. Yeah. I thought so.
The most important thing to know is that I don't have a dad. No daddy. No pa. No dada. Nothing. He left when I was ten. Mom and dad were always fighting. One day, I saw dad's car drive quickly past my school. The bumper sticker said " Movin' to Oklahoma. Man hates wife. Pray for me, folks." He left without a trace.
Now, back to the story. My mom works at an advertising business. She just got transferred to Nashville, where we are assigned to a luxury mansion. We'll all have our own rooms, there will be a gigantic pool, and we're going to the top 3 schools in Tennessee. Well, except for Caleb, but he'll go to our neighbor's, Mr. and Mrs. Harrington. So, it's a win-win situation.
