Bryce: so have you thought about it yet?
He asks eager
Me: i- um yeah
Bryce: so?
Me: Bryce, of course i want to live with you...
Bryce grins and hug me
Bryce: really?!
I nod smiling
Bryce: we leave at 6 tonight
I nod as excitement overjoys me
(Time skip)
It's now 5pm and I've been packing all day when someone knocks on my door
Me: come in!
I shout through the door
Soon my dad walks in the room looking down
Dad: Uhm- Bryce said your going to LA
I look down
Me: yeah i- uh think it will be really good for me
Dad: well I'm happy for you
I break a small smile
As my dad wraps his arms around me into a hug
Dad: I'll miss you.
I nod
Me: me too...
As we pull away i look at my suitcases
Me: is mom home?
He nods
Me: I'm gonna go see her...
I say a i walk out my room and down the stairs
I see my mom sitting down with her head in her hands
I sit down next to her and rub her back
Me: hey...
Mom: you'll visit right? I'm not gonna be that mom who your little kids have know idea about?
My mom chuckles as i respond with a chuckle
Me: don't worry mom I'll visit. And I'm not getting kids anytime soon.
Mom: thank god.
She smiles
Mom: when are you leaving?
I bit my lip
Me: in around 50 minutes...
She breathes in
Mom:oh uh ok well we still have time to get some food at the diner?
I smile and nod
Me: god I've missed those family dinners at the diner...and that chocolate milkshake is always on point.
Then Bryce comes down
Bryce: i have news...
I stand up
Me: what's wrong?
Bryce- your gonna have to share a room with one of the boys...
