We found an old phone in the field next to mr. Mackley's farm, next to the skeleton of what appears to be a teenager.one it was this recording along with videos depicting the life of this person and their mother. After reviewing the content on the phone we can only believe that this girl, Macy Johnson, is the older and deceased sister of the villain, Nicholas. The last recording is listed below.Statement begins.
It's pointless to count to Stars. I know because right now laying under them, bleeding out, I'm trying to. my little brother always tried. He always had hope. He hoped that we would make it out alive. He hoped that one day a hero would come and save us. I never tried to convince him otherwise. The last thing he had was hope.
Hero's are popular in this world, known for saving the day and helping people. Trevin always wanted to be a hero, to save us from our mom, but when she got mad not even a hero could stop her. That didn't stop him from thinking about how he could save us. He would spend hours telling me about how he would put her in her place and we would be treated well. He got his chance Friday after school.
Mom was in one of those drunk moods, on where she would yell and hit. I had enough evidence that I could call the police and they might save us. My brother was already home and, as I hoped, was in his bedroom I told him about my plan of leaving tonight if she got violent. I did my homework and went downstairs to get some food for for my brother and I cuz it was after 8:00. This is where my final nightmare begin.
Mom was sitting in her chair looking at something. I didn't realize that report cards came home today in the mail. I glanced at it and seen it was my brother's and it had two C's on it. I knew what was coming next so I ran upstairs as quick as I could and grabbed Trevin and our backpack. My mother realizing that we were trying to get out had come bolting up the stairs and I shut the door right before she hit it. She screamed and howled, telling me to open the door, that my brother would deserve his punishment. I ignored her and threw open the window. I had to push the screen out but then me and my brother were home free. My mother was now beating horribly on the door and it moved and creeked but never opened.
We were now on the porches roof and headed down to the ground. My mother realized where we're going. By the time we were at the edge of the roof she was down below us, waiting. I realized we were stuck, we couldn't go down and we couldn't go back in. It was then when I remembered that I had stole my mother's handgun. I was only going to use it for protection but...
I took it out quickly, my brother looking at me in horror. I aimed it to where I would just barely hit her foot. I took it off of safety and I took the shot. It scared her and she bolted back inside, thinking that I would take another shot, that I had missed. We took this time to quickly get down and we bolted off towards the woods to Mr. Mackley's house, where he had said that we could stay for a while if things got bad.
We ran through the woods not stopping whenever I heard it. My mother had not gone inside to seek shelter, instead, she had gone inside to grab the shotgun. She was now shooting at us, something that I was not going to do to her.
We got to the field when it happened. Mom took the final shot and hit me. I think it's close to my butt but I don't know. It just hurts. I don't know what happened to Trevin. I hope..
