"Please, mom?" Kyle begged, the boys were having a sleepover that night. The first one in ages, since the four had grown up and slowly grown apart.

"Fine," She sighed, finally giving in to Kyle's demands.

"Thank you, mom." Kyle smiled widely, quickly heading up to his room to pack. He opened his green backpack, dumping the contents out onto his bed, as his phone began to ring. He smiled seeing the name "Fatass" appear on his screen, "Hello?" he questioned, holding his phone against his ear with his shoulder.

"Hey..." Cartman sighed, "They bailed on us again-"

"Both of them?" Kyle sighed, slumping down onto the floor next to his bed.

"Yeah..." Cartman breathed, "I'm sorry-"

"It's not your fault..." Kyle rolled his eyes, "They've done this a million times-"

"I know." Both boys paused for a moment, "Do you still want to come over?"

Kyle couldn't help but smile, "Sure." This was the first time he had ever spent the night with just Cartman, he couldn't tell if he was nervous or excited.

"Alright, I'll see you in an hour?" Cartman asked, "I'm going to try to convince them to come over, but... You know." he sighed.

"Okay," Kyle smiled.

"Don't forget pizza money-"

"I know, fatass-"

"Don't call me fat you fucking Jew-"

"I'll see you in an hour," Kyle smirked.

"Whatever," Cartman sounded flustered as both boys quickly hung up.

Kyle quickly opened Stan's contact;

K: Why are you bailing on us?

S: You wouldn't understand

K: We hardly even talk as it is

S: Exactly

K: So you're just done being my friend?

S: I don't have the time. I'm going through a lot, Kyle.

K: You have the time to take Kenny everywhere you go

S: Stay out of my business.

K: Whatever, Stan. Just don't expect to have friends if you keep pushing them away.

Before Stan could reply Kyle muted his contact and shut his phone off. He sighed as he stood up, walking to his dresser he grabbed out pyjamas, clothes for tomorrow, and his phone charger, putting them away in his bag before going to the washroom to grab his extra toothbrush and paste.

As soon as Kyle was packed, he got a text message from Cartman.

C: Just come over now

K: okay

Kyle smiled as he headed downstairs, his backpack on his back as he basically hopped from foot to foot. Kyle took off his bag, quickly put on his shoes, hat and jacket, only waving goodbye to his mother from the kitchen, grabbing his backpack leaving quickly. The wind was harsh and the clouds were dark, there was no doubt it would be raining soon.

Kyle sighed as he looked next door to the house Stan used to live in before his dad bought a weed farm. He smiled weakly, slowly walking across his yard and down the sidewalk. He almost couldn't help himself as he stopped in front of the dark house, rain began to fall from the dark sky in light drops. Kyle couldn't help but look up into the rain, letting the small cool water droplets land on his warm face, he breathed deeply, there was nothing Kyle missed more than his best friend, but his best friend didn't seem to feel the same way.
