Kim woke up and immediately looked at her phone, it was Friday. She thought to herself "Finally an off day.". She'd text her best friend, Iffat "Want to hang out all day today?? it's Friday!". She smiled waiting for a response. She set down her phone and got out of bed. She then heard a ding. She grabbed her phone and saw that Iffat had replied with "Ofc! I'll be there :).". She jumped up and down out of excitement. "Yes!, today's gonna be the best". She'd go downstairs and cooked herself some breakfast.
She just made herself some cereal. Considering she wasn't the best cook and her mom was at work. Kim would usually spend time alone at the house unless she called Iffat over. Her mom works very hard for everything they have, even though they aren't very wealthy. After she was done with her cereal she washed the bowl she used and put it in the strainer. She went to the bathroom and brushed her teeth when she heard a ding. It was Iffat. "I'll be there in about 5 minutes!". Kim looked shocked because she was still in her pajamas. She finished brushing her teeth and ran upstairs to her room.

She quickly threw this on. And put her hair in a messy bun. That's when she heard the doorbell ring, she picked off any lint that was on her clothes and ran downstairs. She opened the door to see .. the mailman. She'd sigh and take the package he gave her, She knew it was just some dumb thing her mom ordered online. She sat down on the couch and decided to scroll through Pinterest until she heard the doorbell again. She smiled brightly, feeling happy knowing that certainly this time Iffat would be at the door.
She opened the door and saw Iffat. She immediately hugged her, which was pretty easy for her since Iffat was taller than her. She'd say sounding very excited "Iffat!!". Iffat finally got to break away from Kim's tight hug. Iffat said, "Come on Kim, we're gonna go eat at a café!". Kim would quickly grab her phone and walk out of the house with Iffat. Ofc locking the door behind her. She'd see Iffat getting into her car, Kim said "Iffat come on! we should walk". Iffat would sigh because she hates walking, Iffat doesn't like to exercise much considering she already does a lot of dancing and singing.
Iffat agreed and started walking with Kim. Kim wanted to hold Iffat's hand. But she just thought to herself "I'm just missing Minseo". They finally got to the café. They ordered their coffees and cakes and sit down. They'd just talk about normal things. School drama, Their friends etc. Kim asked Iffat "What's Kamal doing?". Kamal usually would hang out with them on Fridays because Iffat would tell him he could come with them too. Iffat said, "He's working on a big art project I'm pretty sure". Kim would look shocked "Ooo I cant wait to see it, you know he makes the best art.". Iffat agreed.
They got their food. Kim stores some of Iffat's food. Like she always would, since Kim loves food. They got done with their food and just sat there for hours talking. By now it was 12:45 pm. They finally got up and started walking to the mall. They decided to go shopping! Normal for teenage girls. They bought many things perfumes, candles, clothes and even stuffed animals. Even at one point, they say Jeongin. They talked to him for a bit just talking about the new book he published. Kim had read the first chapter of it and she loved it. At this point, it was 3:12 pm.
Iffat and Kim decided to go back to Kim's house for the rest of the day. They started walking back they were tired because of all the walking they did that day. So they just walked home in silence. Kim slightly caught glances at Iffat. Admiring her beauty. Kim would just think to herself "She's so pretty.. I have such a pretty friend!". They'd finally get home and Iffat and Kim would go in the house and sit down on Kims' bed. Just scrolling on their phones. Kim put her phone down starring at Iffat. She'd then say "Iffat?". Iffat would put her phone down and look up at Kim. At that moment.. Kim would just feel.. confused. She'd feel like she was safe. But she was.. scared.
Kim then stared at Iffat and the eyes then kissed her. Iffat pulled away quickly and said "Kim?". Kim would then realize what she did and start rambling "Iffat.. I'm so sorry". "Iffat I-". Iffat would just run out of the room and get into her car driving away. Kim would just sit there. Thinking. About what she did. Were these feelings .. real? What about Minseo? What will he think when he figures it out.. What will.. everyone think. She'd start crying. Her hands shaking and her stomach turning from all the thoughts rushing through her head. Am i... In love with her?
