Since Minho had left, Jisung hasn't seen or heard from the demon. The boy was relieved about this at first, but started to worry that Minho would be a much bigger threat when he was on his own. The bell was about to ring in eight minutes, announcing the lunch break. The boy decided to check his phone again, making sure he was really clear with his friend.

Although Jisung trusted Seungmin he still had his doubts about how long Seungmin could hold himself back. In total there were actually three things Jisung worried about: Minho having been gone for approximately four hours, Seungmin keeping his promise and the upcoming lunch break.

The last thing was what Jisung was concerned about the most, as it kind of combined the first two into one situation. If Minho decided to show up during break, how could Seungmin hold back - more so, the squirrel would have to tell his friends anyways. Jisung wished that Minho at least had a phone or something so he could try contacting the other.

Suddenly something came to Jisung's mind: He was trying to contact not anyone, but a demon.
He touched the seal on the back of his neck unconsciously.
But how would that work? He couldn't just rub his neck like a gini lamp in order for Minho to show up. Or could he?

Jisung acted as if his neck was itchy and rubbed it. However, as expected, nothing happened.

"Come on that's dumb, why would I think that this would've worked?", the boy scolded himself.

Jisung switched on his phone again to check the time.

'11:59'

The bell was just a mintue away from ringing and so was the squirrel a minute away from losing his mind just a little. Not only did he fear for Minho to appear because of his friends, but also because he quite literally feared him. Although, he wasn't scared shitless of the demon, as his personality wasn't a lot different from before. It was the intention that was actually the opposite and well - maybe he was a lot meaner and more evil, but the demon still liked to tease and flirt. Plus, the pact still held some security for the boy, as he at least didn't have to be scared of being killed by Minho.
