"How's Kanna lookin' ?" Reko questioned with an empathic look in her eyes.

Sara could be seen kneeling next to the girl, "It looks like she's passed out..."

"Dammit!" Reko yelled, "This is some messed up shit! She died?!"

"Seems like this isn't some joke or prank..." Sou stated, gripping his scarf and looking away.

Nao had a terrified look on her face, "I-I don't like this... this is too awful.. just too.." She trailed off.

Matsuri stood behind me, peeking over my shoulder to look at Kanna, "Poor girl..."

I stayed silent.

"Hey now, everybody... don't lose your cool." Keiji attempted to reassure everyone, "Your friendly policeman is here..."

Joe perked up, "Keiji! You're the reliable one here, what should we do?"

'Can he really do anything? He's in the same situation as all of us..'

"You've sure changed your tune," Keiji chuckled, "Well first things first, why don't we confirm what each of us has found in this place?"

"That sounds like a good plan," Kai spoke up.

"Zat's just what I was thinking of! See, I picked up this thing," Burgerking held out a yellow box, it was quite big. "It's a huge box, meow!"

"Bet you could fit a whole watermelon in there.."

Sou tilted his head, "Was this.. from the first trial?" Burgerking nodded, "Yep. Bringing this box was the whole point of the first trial."

Joe gasped, "What?? People had different first trials??"

"We'll discuss that later," Keiji spoke, "For now, let's open this box."

"It ain't gonna... It's got keyholes," He pointed towards the front of the box, "See?"

Keiji (not surprisingly) turned to Sara, "You got any ideas?"
Sara looked confused, "Wha.. me??"

'Why does he always turn to her?? It's a little suspicious if you ask me..'

Keiji chuckled, "I just like catching you off guard."
'Seems legit.'

Sara narrowed her eyes at him before beginning to examine the box; It seemed that she was having some trouble holding it.

It didn't take long for her eyes to widen in realization, and she pulled out a key and used it.
Nao gasped, "Can we use our key too??"

Sara walked in Kanna's direction and pulled a key out of her pocket.

All of the keys were perfect fits.

'I have a bad feeling about this.'

"Alright, this might be dangerous," Keiji took the box, "So leave it to me."

He opened it.

"What's inside?"

I could feel Matsuri's nervous breathing from behind me.

"Ahh... You might not wanna look..."

Unfortunately for all of us, we saw it before he could even speak.

"WAAH!"

"NOO!"

"F-FOR REAL??"

"...isn't this just a doll?"

"...huh?"

Keiji examined it closer, "Oh, you're right." He picked up a piece of paper, "Hm? A letter?"
