Richies POV:
It was recess time, me and Eddie were were on the swings together. I saw Henry bowers and his goons they were 3rd graders and I saw that they were bullying two other kids. Eds I said. Eddie rolled his eyes at the nickname, what Richie he said, look, I pointed over to the slides where it was happening. Eddie looked over his eyes widening we have to help them rich,I looked at Eddie next to me, are you crazy? No now let's go Eddie said grabbing my hand and pulling me towards the slide.

Eds there gonna hurt us we can't go over there I said grabbing Eddies arm, he stopped turned around and looked at me, Richie...we have to help them. I looked at him with worried eyes, it's okay we'll be fine if anything happens The teacher is right over there, I looked and saw that there was a teacher there, okay let's go, we both walked up to Henry and his goons.

Hey leave them alone why are you always bullying people all the time Eddie said, I was still scared so I hid behind Eddie not that it was much help since Eddie was much shorter than I am.

What did you say short stack Henry said, I said leave them alone Eddie said in a much more stern voice than the one he used earlier.

Henry looked at his goons and they all started laughing. And what exactly are you going to do about it your literally half my size.

Eddie put his hands in a fist but he let go and and moved backwards a little bit, Eddie was very insecure about his heigh.

I decided to step up and stop cowering behind Eddie. I moved from behind eddie, Maybe we can't do anything but he sure can I said pointing at the teacher standing by the door.

Eddie looked up at me and smirked then looked back up at Henry, Exactly Eddie said, Henry looked at the teacher.

No POV

He knew exactly what would happen if his dad got another call home from school.

Henry looked back at Eddie and Richie, he looked pissed, whatever he said and walked away, his goons following right behind him.

Eddie and Richie watched as they walked away and once henry and his goons were gone Eddie and Richie looked at each other and had huge smiles on their faces.

They looked back to where Henry was standing and they saw two boys one with dirty blonde curls that looked like noodles, he was wearing a blue button up shirt with a pair of khaki shorts, next to him was a boy with reddish brown hair wearing and white shirt with green sleeves and a pair of jean shorts.

Hi Richie said to them, I'm Richie and this is Eds Richie said pointing at Eddie, eddie looked up at richie and rolled his eyes and looked back at the two boys, my name is Eddie he said and stuck his hand out to help up the one with reddish brown hair, Richie helped up the one with noodle curls.

I'm b-bill and this i-is Stan bill said, Stanley but my friends call me Stan he said, Richie looked at the neat curls on top of Stanley's head, uh your hair looks like noodles Richie said bouncing one of Stans curls, Stan smacked Richies hand away.

Don't touch Stan said fixing the curl. Eddie looked up at Richie, you can't just go touching peoples hair without their permission, Richie looked down at Eddie sure whatever you say Eds, my name is eddie not Eds Eddie says smacking Richies arm.

Richie ruffles eddie hair and starts laughing, and so does bill and Stan and eventually Eddie starts laughing along with them.
