— 𝓨ou stomped around your small apartment, picking up all kinds of toys that the twins had left behind. You groaned as you stepped on a small toy car, picking it up and throwing it into the bin.
"Fucks sake," you muttered before shouting, "Micah! Maaya! Get your butts down here right now before I decide to make you live with nana from now on!" Small footsteps could be heard coming down the hall as your children ran towards you.
"Mummy, that's not a funny joke!" Maaya pouted as she sat down at the small round table in the kitchen, swinging her legs back and forth. You shook your head, placing the toys away and joining the two kids in the kitchen, placing their bowls of cereal in front of them.
"What gave you the idea I was joking?" You grinned as you pinched her cheek, sitting down with them and starting on your own food.

The meal was fairly quiet, which wasn't common in the apartment. Finishing up the food, you grabbed the three bowls, walking to the sink,
"Ah, also, aunty Mina's going to be looking after you two on Wednesday since mummy has to work." You began to quickly wash the dishes, the twins pulling their school shoes on and nodding.
"Okay mummy." Maaya responded. You hummed, before finishing with the dishes and turning around.
"Micah.. you've been very quiet this morning." You walked towards the kids, observing them. Your son shook his head quickly, looking anywhere but at you. You scoffed, grabbing his cheeks gently and squeezing them, in order to see his mouth.
"Heh? Why is your tongue blue? You've been sneaking sweets again?!" You narrowed your eyebrows, watching as your son narrowed his eyes back and stuck out his tongue.
"You said last night that I could have them if I was a good boy, but I never got them!" He frowned, once again looking away from you.
"I told him not to, mummy, but he never listens to me." Maaya spoke, harshly nudging Micah and almost causing him to fall over.
"No you did not-" Micah began to shout before his sister slapped her hand over his mouth, shutting him up.
"You need to be quiet- ew! Mummy he licked my hand!" She pulled her arm away harshly, showing you the palm of her hand which Micah had licked.

"I swear to the gods.. if you two keep arguing, I will ban that coco-melon shit you both watch." You pointed a finger at them, to which the kids rolled their eyes.
"Mummy, we don't even watch coco-melon anymore, that's only for little kids." This made you laugh as you leaned on the counter beside you.
"Little kids, huh? You two are only five, don't get too ahead of yourselves." You sighed, "Now go brush your teeth before we leave, can't have you going to school with blue teeth, Micah." The two hurried to the bathroom as you made your way to your room, noticing your hairbrush on the floor.

You picked it up, noticing strands of blonde hair.
"Aish, she attempted to brush her own hair again?" You winced, making a 'tsk' sound, "Sometimes I wish they didn't look so much like him, the hairs definitely a struggle to tame.." You rolled your eyes, throwing the hairbrush onto your bed.

It was true that the children did look almost identical to Katsuki, however, only Maaya got his fiery red eyes, whilst Micah got your calmer (e/c) ones. When the children began to get older and their hair began to grow, you nearly burst out crying at the mere sight of them. You'd never fully gotten over Katsuki leaving you, but you learnt to continue with your own life and push him out of your mind when needed, although you still thought about him a lot.
