What now we have to go court or else they get punish because of us I thought . I knew that todoroki and bakugo are also freaking out by the looks of there faces.

Bakugo : Hey deku what are we supposed to do now

I didn't know how to answer kacchan I to wonder what we will do either we change our plan which might end up with disaster or we will continue as plan which will lead to us to feel guilty.

Todoroki : I say that even if Midoriya were to choose both outcomes have a certain risk

Midoriya : I know what we can do

Bakugo : What is it

Midoriya : We need to go to court and no we won't just go and run away I have a plan

After a hour of planning we decided to sleep and wait for tomorrow.

As the three boys woke up by a loud sound they all stood up to see the scouts watching them. The Midoriya then got up and so did the other two boys.

Midoriya : Today is going to be a long day
He then smiled brightly at the them.
The scouts then tied them down so they don't escape all of them looked traumatized and scared.

At the court

The three boys tied down while the courts decides there faiths.

??? : I say we kill them what happeneds if there one of those titans

Judge : He indeed has a point commander what makes you think all of them are safe

Erwin : I understand but that is why I am willing to risk it all sir

??? : NO this is ridiculous lets get them killed no matter the age or if they are innocent we can't risk it

Erwin : I don't see the point of killing innocent kids mostly when they didn't do anything to us when they were locked up

??? : Then explain me this commander Erwin how much damage have you cause us from having not one but four monsters

Judge : I see

Judge : The court has decided for these three boys to be killed and for commander Erwin to be arrested for the damage he has cost

The scouts then all did as plan and went on the attack.

All the scounts went outside with the three boys still tied up since they had no time to waste , but before they can do anything a loud noise was heard and then three more they looked around and saw 4 scouts dead .
The military police were outside waiting for the scouts with guns drawn to them 

??? : Do you really expect them to not tell us about the three kids you have

??? : Is pretty sad seeing them die but we can't risk anymore civilians can we

Midoriya had tears in his eyes he saw the four cadets lifeless bodys blood everywhere. Bakugo and Todoroki both had anger in there eyes they too didn't what this to happened. Midoriya took a step foward towards the lifeless bodys the sudden movement made Todoroki and Bakugo in a fight position. Midoriya then drop to the floor next to them.

Midoriya : W-Why
Anger then began too build up as one of them tried to grab on the Erwin and levi .

Midoriya : You touch them and you will pay the price

??? : Grab those two and then grab the kids before they do anything stupid

All of them seem to ignore Midoriya so he ran toward one of them and kick him in his face.

Midoriya : Now you done it... Todoroki immobilize them

Todoroki then forze the ground underneath all the military police causing them to be stuck. Everyone shock of what they are seeing

Midoriya : Kacchan make a explosion large enough for  us to leave

Bakugo then put his hand in the air and made an explosion big enough create a sort of fog
