When I look at the sky
The sky seems so clear.
When I look at the lake
The Lake seems so calm.
When I take deep breath
The air is soo refreshing.
When I feel the wind
The wind is soo smoothing.
All I find is peace!
Except in my mind,
Which feels lost and numb!
