Sometimes when you feel like you need a break from life, breathe.
Stop doing everything for an hour or less. And just focus on breathing.
Y'know, breathing is pretty important. It keeps you alive. Something that is very important in survival.
You know, lately I haven't been able to focus. So, I just go into this little room in my house, I used to be a nursery but now it's empty, and I just sit in there when I need a break from everything. Everyone should have a happy spot like that. Go find your happy spot. I dare you to find something that makes you feel peaceful. Whether it be the library at your school, an empty room, or just getting lost in a book; go find it.
