Two:
"Now open your eyes and exhale," Dr. Geller said, setting her gigantic spectacles down on her desk. Eliza was surprised with herself today; she didn't make a remark or roll her eyes. Today she was obedient. After the stern conversation she had with her grandmother, she's been taking her shrinks orders like a commanded dog. "What were you thinking about while your eyes were shut, Eliza?"
Now, now Eliza felt like snapping at her. She thought, why did she need to know everything? It was bad enough that I'm wasting my hours in front of her, now she must know what I'm thinking? It was true. It has been three hours. Her grandmother Willa has requested the shrink to give all the time in the world because she was sincere about thinking her granddaughter was ill. She wasn't ill. It was a notion Willa went by ever since Mac's was burned to the ground by Eliza.
Eliza thought she had every right to do so. She was attacked that night by a guy she claimed who violated her. She called for help, she screamed and shouted 'till her lungs burned and everyone around didn't even respond to her except her Familiar Nelly. But Nelly was her Familiar and had to do as Eliza said. Eliza knew that. She wasn't stupid. Her Familiar was endearing and sincere but only because she was commanded to.
Eliza was angry, furious, and was begging for vengeance to everyone in that bar. She set her mind to it, and set the entire bar on fire, having everyone in there's flesh burned. Eliza and her Familiar made it out, alive and so did the guy who violated her. While he was unconscious to the ground, she plucked a hair out of his skull and used it for and Dead and Gone Spell which was strictly prohibited for any mere mortal, otherwise bad things would happen. Nelly warned her, but as ignorant and arrogant Eliza was, she didn't mind turning a blind eye.
"Eliza, dear, did you hear me?" Dr. Geller persists. Eliza couldn't go along with her annoying screeching voice for too long. "What were you thinking about now?"
Eliza slammed her hands against the table that divided the two. Mrs. Geller was appalled. "I was thinking," Eliza began, reaching into her pocket and pulling out a lighter and a pack of cigarettes from her rear pocket. "Of setting you on fire," she explains to her. She wasn't serious, just wanted to frighten Dr. Geller. She holds the cigarette in between her teeth and lights it. Then she says: "But eh, I don't think I should."
Dr. Geller wasn't the least bit affected by her threat rather nonchalant throughout it all. This wasn't the first time Eliza threatened her. "Do you find pleasure in setting people on fire?"
"Yeah, I do. A lot of pleasure, actually―fire is my best friend." Eliza answered. It was half true, as she watched the fire, she was projected and image of awe. To provoke the fire even more, she grabbed a piece of wood and dipped it in and watch the fire devour the wood until it was near her fingertips and burned her. Eliza looked at her half burned hand. "But sometimes, it has a bit of a temper." Dr. Geller's face was turning more horrid each time Eliza spoke.
"You're a sadist, you realize that? Any normal human being, serial killer or not―they feel remorse for what they've done. Otherwise they're sadists. As are you." Dr. Geller declared.
Eliza felt like laughing but actually felt like choking her to death. Her hands began heating up and with one wave of a palm Dr. Geller would beg for my mercy and she'd feel superior again. But behind the thick walls that divided them from the rest of the house, stood her grandmother listening to everything being said. Eliza could feel it. She can also feel how her hands were becoming quite irksome. Eliza glanced at the clock at what would be her fifth time this session. Dr. Geller noticed and made private sighs to herself.
"I think we're done for today, Lizzie." She said and in the process of standing up is when Eliza realized what she called her. Eliza's fist balled up and teeth clenched. Only her mother could call her that. But sadly since she wasn't around, that names been discontinued.
