Dim lights, ear-piercing cheers, the hustle and bustle of the swarm of people around me; is it weird to say I missed this?
Standing in the circle with all our arms around each other along with Yoongi, Jin, and Hoseok joining us, they all hype each other up before going on stage and the only thing I can do is smile and laugh at the goofier sides to their personalities. Even Yoongi is more energetic than I've ever seen him. I guess the break did everyone some good.
We're forced to pull apart as Hoseok rushes onto the stage to introduce the band and get the crowd even more excited than they already are. My adrenaline is pumping as the Miami crowd chants Dirty Deeds' name over and over and I'm not even the one due to perform tonight. I can only imagine how my three handsome men are feeling.
Although the small break was obviously needed for them to regain some energy and it was a good opportunity for us to not only make this relationship something official but to connect on a deeper level, I know that they're happy to get back to doing what they love and I'm just happy to be here.
Unlike the first few shows, I don't feel as awkward finding my way around backstage and most of the crew now recognizes me as they give me friendly smiles and greetings. Jungkook has clung to my side all evening ever since they finished their soundcheck right after getting off of the plane this afternoon. His sweet spontaneous kisses and cute affection tug at my heartstrings. I can tell he's missed having my attention so I'm completely okay with showering him with a bit more of it while I can.
I do have to admit, it's not easy splitting up my time between the three of them and although I try to do it as evenly as possible, I hope I'm not dismissing anyone. Even if no one has ever really complained. Maybe we'll need to have a talk about it soon, just in case.
The lights dim down even more than before leaving only the glow from the trail of lights along the floor that illuminate our paths. Taehyung is the first to leave a quick kiss upon my lips before making his way up the stairs with Jimin doing the same right after him. Jungkook pushes his guitar behind his back, leaving only the strap to come across his frame showcasing his bulging muscles even more. Pulling me into him, he smiles down at me with his big doe eyes sparkling in the dark.
"Stay with me tonight, please?" He pokes out his bottom lip making his top one even smaller than normal.
Giggling, I push myself up on the tips of my toes and take his bottom lip in between my teeth causing him to chuckle at my reaction. Pulling away, I give him a playful push, "I'm all yours. Now, go before you get in trouble!"
With a bright smile, he turns and rushes up the steps, skipping over every other one. The moment he reaches his mic stand and plugs his guitar into the amp, the lights shoot up and the crowd roars loudly as I quickly cover my ears. The sound of one of their most popular songs begins to boom through the concert hall as I walk up the steps and find one of the equipment cases to sit on.
