Ingredients:
4 cups - Sliced peaches
1 cup - Blackberries
1 1/4 cups - Flour/ gluten-free flour
1/4 cup - Sugar
1 Tbsp - Lemon juice
1 tsp - Cinnamon
1 cup - Brown sugar
1 cup - Quick-cooking oats
3/4 cup - Butter (cut into cubes and chill)
Directions:
1) Preheat oven to 350℉, Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
2) Gently mix the peaches and blackberries in a bowl with a 1/2 cup of flour, sugar, lemon juice, and cinnamon. Spoon evenly into the prepared dish.
3) Stir together brown sugar, oats, and the remaining 3/4 cup flour in a bowl. Cut (mix) in the chilled butter with a pastry cutter (or fork) until it resembles coarse crumbs. Then sprinkle evenly over the fruit mixture.
4) Bake for 55 minutes or until golden brown and bubbling around the edges.
