TWO

He groans out in frustration when he can't feel his life slipping away. Instead he feels a big warm hand holding his own as he dangles at the edge of the ship. Tears slip past his eyes as he is pulled up and onto the wooden deck once more.

Louis hits the man in front of him weakly as he sobs out in frustration at his attempt being stopped. "Why? Why did you do that?" He asked as he cried. He kept hitting the solid chest and struggling when he was pulled against it. "Why? I just wanted to die. Please." Louis says weakly as he struggles to no avail as the captain holds him tightly to his chest. He cries into the captain's white shirt staining it with his tears.

"You wanted to die?" The captain asks as Louis finally gives in and lets himself be held.

"N-no....I want to die." Louis corrected.
Harry squeezes the Prince tightly in his arms as he sobs quietly into his chest.

"And why is that Príncipe?" Harry asks.

"You think I have value. That I can be returned and you will receive money in exchange. You will receive no money and I will be killed." Louis explains feeling the empty pit in his stomach deepen. With difficulty he pulls away and wraps his arms around himself trying to comfort himself as insecurity washes over him. "I'm better dead than I am alive." Louis says and lies down on the forecastle deck and looks up at the stars.

He smiles when one particular star shines brighter than the rest. "I will see you soon mother." He whispers. He assumed that the captain left him to his own devices when he said that to the stars and just stared off.

Little did he know that Harry heard him. Isn't the Queen dead? 'I will see you soon....' oh......

Harry doesn't know what to do with this new found information and he simply retreats to his quarters and gets under the sheets. He thinks over Louis's words. Confused. How could someone feel that way but then again Louis was just being a spoiled brat like every other royal. As soon as he's stripped off the luxuries he's used to, he gets all whiny. Yeah that's definitely it.

But he kept looking up at the sky and speaking to his mother and the words he spoke were so broken. Harry forced his eyes shut and slept.

Louis had been on board 'The Bloody Pearl' for more than a week now and he has only eaten twice during that time span. Not because he wasn't allowed to but because he didn't see the point in eating. Eating means wanting to stay alive and he didn't want that.

The Captain has not talked to him since that day when Louis tried to jump overboard but he can feel the man's eyes on him sometimes and it makes him feel insecure. The captain is breathtaking and Louis....well Louis is Louis. Worthless enough to be sold.

He is insulted to no end and has gotten punched a few times by crewmembers and he does not fight the abuse. He hasn't been used yet so that's something. He spoke too soon though.....

He was cleaning the deck with a scrub brush as he was instructed to by one of the crewmembers when a man in his mid thirties who has been giving him predatory looks from the beginnig approaches him. He steps on Louis's hand which is placed on the deck for support quite harshly and Louis yelps in pain.

The man puts a calloused hand on his hair and yanks him up harshly which makes Louis struggle to get out of his hold. "Let go of me." Louis tries.

The man leans into Louis's ear. "Shut up Prince." He mocks. "I can do as I please with you." He drags Louis by his hair down to the Orlop deck(cargo hold of a ship) where there is no one and pushes him onto the ground harshly.

He pulls his pants down and hovers over Louis's weak body. "Please no." Louis cries. "I don't want this. Please stop." Louis makes a futile attempt at trying to escape but before he can do anything the man is pushing into him. Louis cries out in pain and keeps begging for the man to stop to no avail as he goes harder. The pain coursing through Louis's body is unbearable and all he can do is scream and cry. "P-please." He tries again but the man just laughs at him.
