It was finally summer, I was packing my suitcase getting ready to go on holiday. I was going Australia on my own to get away from work.. My flight was at 7pm and currently it was 7am I didn't have anytime to pack recently so that's why I'm packing now

I'm waiting in the airport for my plane to be ready just scrolling through Instagram. Most of my feed is football and I'm not complaining I love football so much and I'm usally at every game even if I don't support any team that's playing.
"Flight BC767 is now boarding."
I get up off my seat and que to board.
"Hello! Can I see your plane ticket?"
"Yeah here it is!" you show them your ticket
"Okay great! Have a nice flight."
"Thank you!"
I walk through the tunnel thing and get on the plane. ((Also I'm aware you have to get like 2 planes too Australia but just like pretend u dont lol))
I try get comfy in my seat as I'll be in the same seat for around 19 hours. I put my headphones on and listen to music.
(TIME SKIP) There is about 1 hour until we land. Right now I'm eating the horrible plane food, it literally looks like sick.. Im sat next to this lovley girl called Sarah she's got long brown hair and she's my age.
"So how come your going to Australia on your own?"
"Well I just wanted to go on holiday and get away from work. Sometimes it just makes me stressed."
"I totally understand! So where do you live?"
"I live in Manchester."
"Oh cool!"
We both just talk about random things for the rest of the flight until we finally land. I get up out of my seat and my legs are aching from being sat down for so long.
"I was lovley talking to you Sarah!"
"Same with you!"
I follow everyone and get off the plane. I get inside the airport and go through the security thing. I go to the place my taxi driver said he is waiting for me and hop into the car.
"Where to?"
"I'm not sure of the name of the place but here is the address." I give the taxi driver the address.
About 20 minutes later we arrive at the hotel.
"Thank you." I say while paying
I walk into the hotel and it's massive! You check in and go into your hotel room. It was really beautiful, it had a big double bed with a night stand on each side. It had a walk in wardrobe and a big bathroom.
