Chapter 3

Out of breath, Kaminari runs inside the shop. He says his hello to Aki and starts doing his job. Today he needs to divide and sort the shelves, like always. But today he also needs to make a promotion board for outside the store. That job should be done at the end of the night.

Denki worked hard on the shelves, it seems like a normal job but it is really important. The newest games should be in the front next to the popular stuff. In the back on your right, you see figures on eye length and the figures in boxes under that. To the left, you have clothes from different games, the popular games on front ones again. If you look through the window you will see someone with one of our most wanted clothes together with figures on the wall and a fake tv with a switch which makes it look like they're in a living room.

After he organized the shelves he went to the back, the blonde saw a 1.5 by 2 meters whiteboard with crafting stuff next to it. On the crafting stuff was a note saying what should be on the board, the rest he can design himself.

Designing the board took a long time, things needed to dry and he also took an hour for the design itself. When things needed to dry he would come back to the front helping clients, most people liked him a lot. Some even asked for his schema to know when he worked. He was good with people and made the clients feel comfortable and even better he was good with kids. He knew what they liked and made sure the parents were okay with it.

It was almost 10 p.m. but Denki still wasn't done with the board, as he promised he would have finished it before tomorrow, so he stayed late at the shop to work on it. It was 12 and Denki was finally done. Aki was already home so he cleaned the store a bit and closed it.

As always Kaminari sneaked in with his secret ways. This time no one was in the common room which was a relief for the blonde, he went upstairs and started with his homework ignoring the fact he needed sleep. His clock alarm went off and with no sleep, the blonde made himself ready for school.

"Denki do you even sleep at night your eyebags are to hell and back," Uraraka said jokingly but deep down worried.

"Oh yeah, I got distracted, sorry, how did you sleep?" Denki said hoping that will change the subject.

"Oh, I slept great. Come, we need to go to the kitchen."

"What, why the kitchen?"

"Too much to eat, duh, my girlfriend made pancakes!"

"Oh nice but I'm not hungry, you can have my pancakes."

"What no, you're coming," Ochako said before dragging Denki to the kitchen.

"Morning Babe, Morning Denki!" Tsu said with a smile handing pancakes over to him and her girlfriend.

"Thank you, Tsu," the blonde says before digging in the pancakes. "WOW these are good"

"Haha thank you, it's my grandma's recipe!"

Denki talked with Tsu while Ochako ate the pancakes, later on, the rest of the Dekusquad came in. And they all talked about stuff about school and the test that was tomorrow. They did that till Iida reminded them that they needed to go to school. Dekusquad and Denki went to the classroom together. This made the blonde super happy he felt included.

On the way to the classroom, Denki texted Shinso. He told him that he wouldn't be behind the school today.

The group walks into the classroom and all sit down, making Denki once again feel like he's about to fall asleep. The blonde cursed at himself for almost falling asleep. He reminded himself that he still had an energy drink in his locker. Kaminari stood up, feeling dizzy for the first few seconds. He ran to his locker and grabbed the energy drink and raced back to class right in time. He takes some sips feeling the energy entering his body.
