Summary;
This is starting off from canon manga (spoilers) of Dabi revealing himself as none other than,
Touya Todoroki. It happens when todoroki gets back from that and is trying to process how is brother became a villain.
Oh and I haven't read chapter 290 in awhile so, bare with me if it's not entirely accurate (probably doing my own spin on it anyway) and I couldn't find a freaking site that had chapter 290 anymore, I found others which had chapters of the manga but were missing 290 and some others.
