8.

Zendee's pov;

I got home and marvin called me right away

"Ahmm, zen can I take you to the mall "he asked me

"Sure, I'll just rest for a while" I said

~fast forward~

Marvin and I met at the mall and we just ate street foods even though there was a restaurant, but I didn't complain because I also wanted to try

"Did you enjoy it? ”He asked

"Of course why not, I like this" I said happily

"It's another reason why I took you to the mall because I have something to say" he said

"What is it?" I said

I suddenly felt dizzy so I clung to marvin and he couldn't continue what he was going to say.

"I lik-" he stammered

"Marvin, I'm dizzy. Can we go home now?" I said while holding my head with one hand

"All right, let's go" he said

While in Marvin's car, we were both very quiet. There was no silence so I broke it.

"Ahm Marvin?" I called to him.

"Yes?" he answered sparingly.

"I'm just going to ask you something but I hope you don't laugh" I promised him and he immediately smiled at me without my question.

"Oh, what's that?" he asked sarcastically.

"How many girlfriend/s do you have before?" I asked

"One, as a loyal person" joked it.

"Seriously one? You're so handsome."

"Sus! How about you zen? How many bfs have you had in the past?" He asked again but I didn't answer him.

"Hmmmmm .... secret! You're the one I'm asking, did you come to me?"

Marvin's pov;

We have reached their house. So I woke her up.

"Zee, wake up. We're here at your house." As I shaked her

He got out of the car as if nothing had happened. I ignored her because she might just be tired.

"Zee, I'm leaving. Take care" I said and I left

Later on. I arrived home and washed my clothes immediately. Until someone calls me on the cellphone. but I could not reach and fell into the water.

Zendee's pov;

" marvin doesn't answer my call I've been calling before" I said in disgust.

"I'm just going to sleep. He said I'll call him When I'm home. He doesn't want to answer my call" I added.

♡: NEXT DAY.

Marvin's pov;

When I woke up I immediately took a shower and went to Zen's house.

"Zen? I am here" While knocking on the door

"Morning" she answered rudely

"I know zen, I didn't answer your call last night because my cellphone was broken. My cellphone fell into the water last night while I was washing my clothes. Sorry" I explained to reduce her anger at me

"Get in the car and we'll leave" I said

"Sorry again"

"That's ok."she replied

The whole trip was very quiet. Fortunately, we got to the office right away.

"Sorry Marvs, if I got mad at you unconsciously"  she apologizes

"OK. I'll see you later for lunch" I said as I walked towards my office.

"Love you" I whispered to her. But she was far away

~Fast Forward~

🌻: It's lunch time.

"Ahmm, Marvs I have a favor" she asked

"What's that?" I said

"Can we go to the mall? I just want to buy something" She said as if begging

"Sure" I sparingly answer

Marvin's pov;

Later on. We arrived at the mall and she said I'll just wait for her at the restaurant.

"Marvs”she calls

"Why?" I answered her

"I have a gift for you "she took out of the paper bag and handed it to me

"Really? Did you buy a cellphone for me? ”I asked with mixed joy

"Yes, since you mentioned that you don’t have a cellphone. It's almost your birthday so I'll give it to you in advance but don't worry. I still have a birthday gift for your exact birthday" she said to me.

I hugged her as if there was no tomorrow.

"Thank you. It bothers me, I will actually buy my cellphone When it comes to our wages." I added
