Quirk stat changer
-With his quirk he can see the stats whoever he looks at and can change them however he wants the stats include: strength, speed, stamina, quirk control, quirk strength, and resistance to other quirks.
- for quirk control the better someone can control there quirk the less of the side affects they feel so if he lowers it there side affects will be stronger and if he raises it they're side affects will be weaker. Quirk control also involves quirk stamina the more control they have over they're quirk there stamina with it would be
- and for quirk resistance some quirks allow more resistance than others like Kirishimas his quirk resistance would be higher than Bakugoes
-quirk strength is also pretty self explanatory it tells you how strong they're quirk is at that moment and they're a lot of variables to it so it can change constantly
-and strength speed and stamina are all self explanatory and it only tells how strong they are without using they're quirk
-He can change other people's stats at will but the higher the stats the harder it is to lower and the lower the stats the harder it is to raise and the side affects make really tired and overuse starts to lower his stats the only way to bring his stats back to normal is rest and food.

Side notes: All his classmates go to him to ask if there training is successful even bakugoe and the teachers ask what the students need to work on

He also knew right away that izuku got a quirk becouse when the quirk stats came up on a quirk was person they show n/a for bit applicable but then it showed the stats

He also attended school with izuku and bakugoe
