Episode 5: Parent's Argument

(Intro)

    In the morning, Nina was no longer working on her homework but wanted to know what the Fire Bird meant.

Nina: "Find the Fire Heart that leads you to our land. Follow the Trail of Fire that guides you to our home. And Prove you're worthy to be the name of the Fire to unlock our secret." I do not know what those meant. What time has come for me? And who is "us?" What secret to the past of the war?"

As she tries to figure it out, her brother appears out of nowhere.

Zoran: "Hey, sis! Why are you gloomy?"

Nina: "I'm not. I'm just... thinking."

Zoran: "Thinking of what?"

Nina: "Will you just leave me alone?!" As she furiously shouted at him.

Zoran was startled by her furiousness as he stepped and walked away. But that caught the eye from Roller, who she seems to think Nina is using her mind from a nightmare. After telling Cynder, she now seems to be more worried.

Cynder: "This is getting worse. If she had those nightmares again, she would not be able to graduate to be a Skylanders."

Hex: "But did Spyro read her a bedtime story to get rid of the nightmare?"

Cynder: "He did, only her favorite book. But she was tired in the morning."

Roller Brawl: "And I guess that did not work."

Cynder: "*Sighs* I have to tell Spyro. She needs help or things are gonna get worse."

As she went to look for him so they both will have a conversation together. Spyro, he was teaching the cadets with new techniques. And then his wife arrives not smiling, which he was confused by her expression. After a long talk at home, Spyro was very intense about what was happening to Nina.

Spyro: "There's no way she is not becoming so evil."

Cynder: "It has too. Nina's nightmare keeps getting worse. She's losing her mind and she won't be herself. Reading her favorite books will not help her. She needs a doctor."

Spyro: "We don't need a doctor. She's fine."

Cynder: "Fine? The only thing that is fine is you. You are doing fine with the cadets as our daughter is having a nightmare. Zoran is not, he never has nightmares like her. We need a doctor right now."

Spyro: "She doesn't need a doctor."

Cynder: "Yes, she does. What if her nightmares turn her into something different? She will turn against us, like you."

And that brings back the memory when he was evil with Strykore.

Spyro: "Don't remind me of what I was. What happened was long ago. And you know it, cause you too-"

Cynder: "Don't do the opposite way. We both fall to the darkness and can't control ourselves. And I won't let our daughter become like our evil version of ourselves. I'm gonna get a doctor if you're not gonna do it."

She leaves the room and Spyro is furious with her words. As he leaves, Zoran hears everything from their arguing as he follows his father.

    At the Academy in the Grand Library, Kaos was telling a story to the cadets about how the Legendary Purple Dragon saved the day.

Kaos: "And then, the Purple Dragon uses the power of Aether to defeat the God of Skylands and save our world. Including the Cyber-Empire are now the good guys."

The cadets smile just as Cynder arrives with Nina.

Cynder: "Master Kaos, I need help."

Kaos: "Oh, I understand. Okay, cadets, I need this to help a friend."
