Okay, so Dream has been blind since he was eight years old. In my AU, Dream's father blinded him by throwing bleach into Dream's eyes, permanently blinding him.
Tommy only recently became blind due to an accident with a Wither Skeleton's sword cutting across his eyes. Luckily, he had milk to counter the Wither Effect, but the poison made him blind, even after his eyes healed. Dream has been helping him cope with his blindness, and even has been teaching Tommy to use it to his advantage.
Gold went blind when an explosion drove a piece of shrapnel through his skull, tearing his optic nerves. The doctors said that he's incredibly lucky to be alive and even more lucky not to have sustained brain damage or any other injuries from the blast. Silver has been by his side for six months, while Crystal has only been by his side for three out of those six. This causes a lot of conflict between Silver and Crystal, because Silver is angry at Crystal for not coming as soon as she got the news and Crystal resents Silver because Gold trusts Silver more than Crystal.
With that explanation done, and I hope it made sense, let's get on to the story!
