It was already 9:30 pm, and Chaeryeong was still not done with her shift, good thing that Natty was patient, she waited for her friend.
"Go and eat your dinner, I'll take your place" Yuri told Chaeryeong
"You sure?" Chaeryeong asked
"Yeah, Natty is waiting for you anyways" Yuri added and the Chaeryeong nodded
"Thanks Yuri" Chaeryeong said and went off, she went to the staffs room and removed her apron. She then went to Natty's table
"You still have your bun up" Natty said and chuckled
"I leave it like that after working, I'm going home in a while anyways" Chaeryeong said, then suddenly Ryujin went to their table
"Here" Ryujin saud and placed a cup of iced americano on the table
"But I didn't ordered that" Chaeryeong said and furrowed her eyebrows
"I know, but I did, I knew you wouldn't be able to go for a day without coffee" Ryujin said and chuckled
"Thanks Ryu" Chaeryeong said
"No problem, anyways, I'll be heading home in a while. Bye" Ryujin said and waved goodbye at Chaeryeong and Natty
"I also brought you some take out while you were still on your shift. Its fine to bring take out right?" Natty asked
"Yeah, thank you though. I could have just ate back at my apartment" Chaeryeong said
"Its late, you should eat" Natty said and Chaeryeong nodded as she thanked the girl.
"So, what brings you here?" Chaeryeong asked
"Somi"
"Eh? you're going to date her again? Are you sure?" Chaeryeong asked worriedly
"Yeah, I have to" Natty said and sighed
"Why?" Chaeryeong asked
"I still love her, the only reason we broke up is that we hade to leave for abroad, she went to the US and I went to Thailand" Natty said sadly
"She's here then" Chaeryeong said and Natty nodded
"Hopefully you guys be together again. You heard she's still single" Chaeryeong said and chuckled
"Yeah, I'll get every chance though" Natty said and both of them chuckled
"Isn't it a little bit late for you to stay here?" Natty asked
"Aniyo, I take longer than usual and my apartment is just across the street" Chaeryeong explained
"That's a relief, what time does the café close by the way?" Natty asked
"Around 11:30" Chaeryeong answered, taking a sip of her coffee.
"Also, are you available tomorrow? I wanted to go shopping and walk around" Natty said
"Sorry Natty, but I have work. I do dance classes from 8:30 to 10:00 and then I get lunch, after that I have to go work here from 3:00 to 9:30". Chaeryeong reasoned
"We have time for lunch then" Natty said
"I'll try Natty, sometimes I have to take extra time for rest, I take naps" Chaeryeong said and giggled
"Wow, you really have a schedule for everything. Well just text me if you want to have lunch with me tomorrow. I found a nice place to stay first" Natty said and Chaeryeong nodded
"Cool, anyways, I'll go get my other things. We can walk home together" Chaeryeong said and Natty nodded
Chaeryeong went back to the staff's room and then got her things. She also got her coat because it was getting colder once again.
"Let's go?" Chaeryeong asked and Natty nodded, the two of them left the café, not forgetting to say goodbye to Yuri.
As they went out of the café they talked.
"Lia, you good?" Yeji asked, they were waiting for Ningning to get finish with shopping. The youngest was like buying the whole store already
"I'm fine" Lia replied
"Sorry, Ningning usually takes a lot of time when we go out shopping" Yeji said
"It's okay, I'm used to it anyways. eomma's shop a lot also" Lia said and giggled
"Oh yeah, I heard that there is a possibility that the first snow is tomorrow. I'm really hoping for that" Yeji said and Lia just nodded.
Lia kept looking around, she admired the coffee shop nearby. She thought of going there tomorrow.
As she was looking at he café, two girls went out but she noticed something. The other girl looks like the girl she met before.
"Hey Lia, what are you looking at?" Yeji asked
"I think I just saw a familiar girl" Lia said and shook her head
"That one? didn't you told me she had brown hair?" Yeji asked
"Yeah, but I'm not sure" Lia said
"Oh well, oh Ningning's here, let's go home" Yeji said and Lia nodded
"Is that really her? She looks familiar after all" Lia said to herself as she followed Yeji and Ningning
