Author's Note: Sorry about this chapter. It's sort of a filler, I had to introduce all the characters and everything, but I tried to make it as interesting as possible. I tried to make it shorter too. The next chapter will be pretty eventful though! I have some interesting stuff planned for chapter 3 so stay tuned. I also plan on getting chapter 3 in before Tuesday since I don't have school Monday, but sorry if I don't. If not, it'll be really soon after that.

Also, this chapter is dedicated to RedHeddedAngel! She is an awesome friend of mine and I suggest you check out her stories. ;)

Thank you so much for reading, and I hope you enjoy.~ x

A sweaty sheen covered everyone on the bus, making our shirts cling to our skin uncomfortably and some unwanted itchiness. I was being bumped up and down at a fast pace, the result of being on a cheap bus. Liam sat next to me, his mouth pressed in a tight line and his eyes staring coldly at something I couldn't see. Just like me, his skin shone, getting whiter on the most prudent features of his face.

I let my mind drift back to the moment I was laying in bed and the person had knocked. The whole conversation was fresh in my mind. Not that I wanted it to be.

I recognized the person's footstep patterns right away. It was Karen, the person I most expected anyway. I heard the squeak of my chair being sat on and a small sigh. My chest was laid flat on the mattress, and my head was facing out the window that was next to my bed, over the rows of misty houses.

"I'm sorry Harry, but I really want you and Liam to get along." She said softly, breaking the silence.

"It's not going to help." I repeated.

"You don't know that." She said with a hidden edge in her tone. I wanted to roll my eyes, but I knew she wouldn't see it anyway. And that was the whole point of rolling your eyes. I never expected Karen to be the type of person to fall for one of these schemes. That therapy, which they pretty much hid by putting a camp location and activities in there, would really work to help fix Liam and I's relationship. It was obvious from minute one; Liam and I were opposites.

"Well, I suggest you tell Niall. He might be dissapointed that you're going to be gone." She said, getting up and leaving, softly shutting the door behind her.

Niall was going to Australia anyway, the lucky bastard. I think it was only for half of summer vacation though. But Niall had other friends besides me, not like I was his only friend like he was mine. I got jealous of his popularity a lot, and he wasn't even too popular. I was more like his shadow in school, following him around like a little lost puppy. Liam made fun of me for it a lot.

I clenched my fists at the thought of Liam. Having to spend the whole summer with him. I stared out the bus window, which was currently just a view of the highway, several other cars, and some trees. The rest of the school year had passed by quite calmly, not much drama happening. The regular bickering between Liam and I went on, but it never got severe again. He dropped it for a few weeks after he had broken the necklace, which I had fully restored by now, and was wearing on my neck at the very moment.

There was a light chatter on the bus, though most of the people sat next to each other hated the other from what I assumed. They made us sit with our brother, or in my case 'in-law' which I found stupid, but oh well. As I felt a few more beads of sweat roll down my face I wished for some sort of hat to magically appear in my hands and give me some sort of way to hold my large, bushy fringe out of my face rather than holding it back with my cramping left hand.
