there was a boy whose name was Oboro Shirakumo he was a student at ua his friends were Shota Aizawa and Hizashi Yamada. his quirk was clouds which gave him the ability to generate clouds. Those clouds are dense enough to be touched and can carry a relatively large amount of weight. he can ride his generated clouds through the air and even use them to store objects.
