Irene walked at the hallway,going to her job at the principal's office.As she walked there,she saw Jisoo's assistant holding a box,which she thinks is a cake.

"Ahjumma what's that?"She asked,pointing at the box.

"It's Jisoo's birthday.Since her ex girlfriend's death,she never wanted to celebrate it or any special occasions in her life.Unless her parents insists.So since her parents were gone,I'm the one to insist it."The ahjumma explained.Irene looked at her phone,it's still 2 pm.

"I'll help."She said with a smile.

"Okay."They both entered the office,where Jisoo was busy working.

"Happy birthday Jisoo!"They both greeted.Jisoo looked at them.

"Thank you."Jisoo just said."Put the cake there at the fridge,I'll eat it at home."She added then go back to her work.Irene frowned.

"This is suppose to be her special day."Irene whispered.So she walked at Jisoo's table then pulled Jisoo's hand,causing Jisoo to look at her.

"What?"

"Let's go celebrate your birthday!"Irene said.

"I'm sorry I'm bu-"

"Please!I'll come with you!Even you less this day at my salary.C'mon don't lock yourself up alone here busy working when this should be a special day!This is just one day in a whole year,Jisoo."Irene said.Jisoo smiled.

"You really have thought on what you'll say,huh?You look like a rapper while saying that,seriously."Jisoo said as she chuckled.

"Aish don't change the topic.C'mon celebrate your birthday!"Irene said.

"You'll come with me?"Irene raised her hand.

"I promise."She smiled.

"Let's go,then."Jisoo said.Irene smiled in victory,even the ahjumma smiled."Ahjumma come with us too."

"I'll come with you,kids."The assistant called the driver,then they left the office as they headed to Jisoo's car.

"So where are we going?"Jisoo asked.

"Starfield Mall."Ahjumma suggested.

"Right!"Irene agreed.

"Mall,it is."Jisoo told the driver.They went there,then Irene pulled her at the arcade.Lots of people,but Jisoo seems not to notice.Shes too focus on Irene,like she's the only girl in her eyes.

"Give me your wallet."Irene ordered her.

"What?"

"Just give me."

"Okay?"Jisoo handed her her wallet,even it seems to be weird for her.Irene used her money to pay for tokens.Irene saw a picture tucked in the wallet,but she didn't bother to invade Jisoo's privacy.

"Here you go."Irene said,giving the wallet back.Even the ahjumma laughed at her.

"I must be the one to be treated here because it's my birthday."Jisoo said.

"Yes it's your birthday,that's the point.You should spend your money to celebrate it!"Irene's non sense explanation made Jisoo laughed.

"Fine,fine."They all went to the arcade.The assistant were watching them,and she could be more happy seeing Jisoo beating her social anxiety.Big thanks to Irene.Jisoo saw a cute pikachu plushie inside the glass."It's so cute!"Jisoo exclaimed.Irene here that,so she immediately went at the station.

"I'm gonna get that for you!"Irene said as she put the token inside,then started to try getting it.She failed and failed,a frown visible in her face.Jisoo recorded it, but Irene's too focused to notice it.She got her phone back inside her pocket,then held Irene's arm.

"It's okay,Irene.Lets go."

"No it's not okay!I'll get that for you!"Irene's really competitive.And soon enough,she got the pikachu plushie.Shes smiling and handed it to Jisoo."Told you I'll have that for you!Happy birthday!"Jisoo took it,a big smile in her face.

"Thank you."Little did they know,ahjumma recorded them.

"What a cute scene.Theyll make a cute couple."She whispered.
