Stella and Severide got married two months ago and they were happier than ever. The couple was at their apartment going through the photos of the most amazing they of their lives.
KS- You looked beautiful, you know that?
SK- You didn't look bad either... Thanks, I love you
KS- I love you too (kisses her forehead) You know, I wish Shay and my dad were there
SK- I know... Do you think Shay and I would have been friends?
KS- Oh, defenetly. You two would have surely end me.
KS & SK laugh and then stay quiet cuddling while looking at the rest of the photos. When they finsih Kelly notices Stella is a little bit emotional.
KS- Hey babe, what's up?
SK- It was truly the best day of my entire life and I just whised some people woukd have been there too
KS- Who?
SK- (stays quiet for a while thinking) My parents and my brother, they were the only family I had. I didn't have grandparents or uncles, I had an aunt but I have never met her.
KS- You never talk about them.
SK- I know, it's just too many memories
KS- If you ever wanna talk, you know I'm here for you, right?
SK- I know babe, thanks.
After that they fell asleep on the sofa, still cuddling. They woke up at the sound of the door closing, it was Matt.
SK- You finally talked to Brett about your feelings?
MC- Look at you two lovebirds, how cute
KS- Don't change the subject man
MC- I talked to Brett, but not about what you think
SK- About what then?
MC- About getting out of here and getting out of here
KS- You know you don't have to go anywhere right?
SK- Yeah, you can stay here for as long as you want
MC- I know I know, but you guys just got married and you need your space. And Sylvie is helping me find a place.
SK- Fine, but I won't let you move out till you talk to her about your feelings
KS- I like that idea
SK- Thank you
MC- I hate you guys
KS & SK- No you don't!
MC- Ha ha ha, well, we should get to shift or we are going to be late.
KS- Yeah, we should
They got ready and got to shift in separate cars. Stella and Kelly in her car and Matt in his truck. As they got to their usual mornibg briefing Squad got a call.
SK- Be safe for me okay?
KS- Always
