Itadori and Megumi crept through the abandoned building. Side by side they caught every surface of the building, looking for the of three cursed demons. They had all split up earlier but not even two minutes in Megumi and Itadori reunited once more. The water droplets from a broken pipe echoed with every hit it made to the puddle beneath it. They are alert, not letting anything tear them away from their immerse concentration. Itadori's eyes widened when he saw the ugly short curse covered in dark green spots, high in the air ready to sneak attack the both of them.

Itadori pushed Megumi out of the way and balled his fist. Itadori reared back and swung at the squabbling creature. It made it's annoying gibberish talking as it got up from Itadori's hit. Purple blood oozed from it's mouth and it's head spun around. Megumi got up from his push and summoned his demon dogs. The ying and yang pups rushed over to it and bit it to shreds.

Megumi exhaled and gave himself a brush. "Well, one down...two to go."

"How do you think Nabora is doing?"

"Why are you working you know she's fine."

"I mean yeah but one of the curses are a bit stronger than the three of us combined. Said Gojo Sensei."

"I know, I was there, and we've got this. We always do."

"You're right. But didn't you think that curse should've died from how hard I hit it?"

Megumi closed his eyes for a few seconds. He had been saying the same exact thing just a few seconds ago. "Yes, but curses are getting more and more stronger by the hour. And more intelligent too. Hopefully it doesn't become a downfall for us. Well as long as Gojo is here I think we'll be fine, but not even one man can save the whole universe, and not even the strongest man can beat everybody. There's always a weakness and that's what catches them off guard." Megumi rambled.

"Could you not set an even more creepy and upsetting atmosphere by saying stuff like that?" Itadori shudders and quickly matched his pace with Megumi's.

Megumi only sighed as they continued walking. "Let's just get this over with." Itadori nodded and followed behind him.

Nabora's heels clicked against the concrete floor. Her hammer over her shoulder and other hand on her hip. She sighed and rolled her eyes. "Hey ugly." She says to the curse whose every she feels. "I know you're in here. Just come on out so we can get this over with." Nabora took her hand off of her hip and took out a few nails. "Come on ugly I know you're here."

Nabora glanced around the room and noticed a few manichean standing around. She grinned and covered her nails in cursed energy. "I had warned you. Now eat silver." Nabora hit the nails into the manichean. "Haha, bullseye times three." Nabora turned around to leave but the curse sounds stopped her in her tracks.

"Come out to play for reals this time?"

"You...hurt me."

It choked out. "Ah, you talk. Great." Nabora sighed and looked it up and down. "I was right, you are ugly." The curse got frustrated and rushed her. Nabora folded her arms and waited just for the right moment before snapping her fingers. The curse stopped in it's tracks and squeaked before exploding. "Shouldn't have forgotten about the nails inside of you. I've got something new you know." She smiles and touched her moist cheek. "Yuck, you're juices got on me."
