•[I'm Sorry]•

Nanami stared at his phone. He's been staring at his phone for the past twenty minutes now. He even stopped by and hadn't gotten an answer. Three months and no word from Gojo. Three. Months.

Nanami exhaled, took off his glasses and rubbed his eyes. "Where the hell are you, Gojo."

"Hmph, that bastard. How could he just disappear like that?" Megumi grunts. He's standing close by the door. He and Nanami had been under the radar about the Gojo situation.

Everyone around Jujutsu Tech had noticed his absence and had began to ask a lot of unanswerable questions. So to keep it out of the open and worry anyone or to spawn Sukuna and have him on demon time, they just said he was on another mission elsewhere and it might take a while.

That was six months ago and people, more like Itadori, is still asking where he is.

"If Sukuna-

"He won't find out." Nanami cuts in. "We won't allow that to happen, and if it does we'll just have to be prepared." He exhales, rubbing the bridge of his nose completely tired of Gojo's bullshit absence.

"We'll tell them he'll be back in a week. If not...Itadori gets the boot."

"What?! We can't do that."

"Listen, Megumi. Time's up, there's only so much we could've done for Itadori. Yes he forgets sometimes but Sukuna is still there with him. I don't know why he hadn't found a way to take over young Yuji's body but we've surpassed our limits." He explains.

Megumi spawned his demon dogs and left Nanami's office. "Two weeks." Megumi said before leaving.

The door slammed shut and Nanami heaved a sigh. He called Alisha, hoping the sound of her voice would get things off of his mind and have some of his stressed eased.

"Hello."

A small smile tugged the corner of his mouth. He's certain she's the only one that could get him smiling by just one word. A letter even.

"Hey, how are you?"

And even towards someone he loves he's still terrible at verbal conversation.

Alisha giggles. "I'm doing fine. Just got out of the shower." She says lowly, as if she's trying to seduce him.

Nanami covered his mouth and sat forward with his eyes closed as he tried to stop the scenario that's creeping at the back of his brain.

Seeing her that way for the first time would be like winning the lottery for him, but, they're taking things slow. Especially after the move in.

Sure they sleep in the same bed together and they kiss from time to time, but nothing beyond that has happened. Not yet anyways.

"Hello?"

"Hmm? S-sorry I spaced out, y-you were saying something?"

He couldn't see it, but she rolled her eyes as she smiled to herself.

"I was asking if I could wear a shirt of yours."
