The innocence portrayed in that coy kiss made her heart flutter behind her ribs and she couldn't help the cooing little ' aww ' leaving her lips, both of her hands resting on his freckled cheeks just to return the peck in the same kind of way, feathery and quick, nothing but a simple peck.
It was fascinating to feel his skin warm up beneath her hands the more she pecked his lips, over and over.
" You're cute. " Her voice was barely a whisper as her nose nudged the tip of his in a playful little gesture.
His eyes were wide and his brows helplessly dipping at the far ends like a deer in the headlights, his ears were crimson red and she could only guess his cheeks were a similar color. He looked feverish but for some reason that only encouraged her to lean in once again, slightly more eager this time to steal his first kiss.
Real kiss.
This time her lips remained pressed against his unlike the previous pecks, slowly exhaling through her nose whilst at the same time aiding his nervousness by fluctuating her quirk like an anesthesiologist methodically increasing the needed dose.
Just a second was needed to calm him down before guiding his lips to part by doing the same with her own, moving these in slow and gentle kissing motions that had Izuku burning beneath the epidermis.
The most exciting part was when she decided to give his lips a brief mischievous flick of her tongue that pulled a surprised gasp out of him.
God, she shouldn't feel this way, it almost felt wrong with how innocent he was but his reactions were addictive and she was becoming eager to guide him, help him explore just to see and hear more of those little noises he made.
With a final tiny peck, (y/n) leaned away, finally releasing his face from her soft grasp just to confirm her hypothesis: he resembled a cherry in color.
Bringing one of his hands to his mouth to cover it, Midoriya was about to have smoke coming out of his ears from pure embarrassment and she couldn't help the guilt forming in the pit of her stomach when the hero began profusely apologizing because he had to leave all of a sudden.
